  In my opinion Enterprise is a great car rental agency. However, this location is in need of a secure drop box so that you can return your vehicle after hours. I think this is an easy, quick, way to improve the quality of the consumer experience.

  The vehicle that was rented to me had a bald tire. The windshield wipers couldn't have been more crappy. Also a warning light came on with the dashboard! When I picked up the car in Detroit it was 4:30 p.m.. I got on the interstate and it was rush hour traffic until past Flint, therefore the vehicle never got up to speed to notice any issues until after I crossed the zilwaukee bridge. By the time I got up to speed the car was pulling heavily to the left. I still had 200 more miles before I reached my destination. I pulled off at the first rest area, and that is when I discovered the bald tire. I had no service on my cell phone and my only option was to continue on my way or drive with a donut that I would not have been able to change by myself as I was driving with my elderly mother! I had no choice but to continue on. I encountered a rainstorm and the windshield wipers were terrible! Then a warning light came on the dashboard. By the time I reached my destination and was able to connect to Wi-Fi to reach the after hours of service, the automation insured I would receive a call back within an hour. I did not get a call back. I had no choice but to make my return trip in a car with a bald tire. I would not recommend renting from this company. They were so concerned during the walk around the vehicle with dents that they did not care to ensure that the tires were safe! PLEASE USE CAUTION ANS CHECK THE TIRES! YOU ARE GOING TO DRIVE ON THE INTERSTATE AND DO NOT RENT DURING RUSH HOUR YOU WILL BE TOO FAR AWAY BEFORE YOU REALIZE THAT THERE IS AN ISSUE!!

  All of the customer service reps. Are very professional and kind. They go out of their way to make everything easy for the customer like myself. I have rented from this enterprise at least 3 times. I will be back if I need another rental as well as my family members. Thank you especially to Colton, Yusuf. I apologize if I spelled the names wrong. Thank you for great customer service!!   I had a great experience with Enterprise! The customer service was exceptional from start to finish. Everyone was friendly, professional. I truly appreciated how helpful and accommodating the staff was.

  It was a quick pickup and drop off. The staff is friendly and efficient. The vehicle was clean and odor free with less than 19,000 miles.
