The Manager kept telling me the info is based on the Vin number. The person has never drove my current car there so how could that be true. Manger wanted to keep fast talking me while insulting my intelligence as if I could not understand that they changed my information on my Buick when the new driver of my old Edge came in for an oil change. I felt extremely insulted and unhappy about the situation..

I usually go to the crew on Mound, who are also amazing, fast, efficient and personable, but stopped in here and received nothing less than excellent service as usual.
