    The branch manager at the Roseville Michigan rental lot is the best he treated me with with so much respect and they showed a lot of love for me I've been coming to Enterprise for about 20 years now

    The worst car rental ever, first driver showed up 1hour and 15 min late,even the pole position workers commented the long wait. When the guy finally showed up he did greet us or apologize for the wait. Very non caring,then we get the store this poor man was running around like a chicken with his head cutoff doing what he could.

    I had a great experience with Enterprise! Jamell and his team were amazing from start to finish. They were welcoming, professional, and ready to assist us as soon as we arrived. The car was already prepared, clean, and ready to go, which made the entire process smooth and easy. Traveling with a 1-year-old can already be a lot, but they made everything stress-free and convenient for us. The customer service was honestly some of the best I’ve experienced in the rental car industry. Jamell and his team truly went above and beyond. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend this location!
