  The reason I didn’t give 5 stars may not be Enterprise’s fault but it may lie with its partner Priceline. The quote I got from Priceline was not what I paid at Enterprise, although Ariel gave me a little bit of a discount, it still wasn’t enough to get down to the quote from the website. The other attendant rushed out to get my car ready, they apparently were short staffed but worked together to assure excellent customer satisfaction, and for that they deserve a high remark.

  Amazing staff,great vehicle selection,Arielle is very helpful and they get you into a vehicle and and out within 20 minutes…and if you have an insurance claim like I had, they will come and pick you up from the actual Collision shop. If it’s within distance also they allow you to leave your rental as well at that said drop off location which made rental reservation. Very very easy no stress really good people. I’d recommend this Enterprise to anyone. I don’t care what city you’re in go to Enterprise on Roseville on 12 mile awesome people awesome vehicles really good experience five out of five stars. Extremely professional and polite,staff!!! Clean!!! Neat! Zero hassle!

  I had a 10 Am pickup time didn't get my car until apx 11:35 that held up up from meeting my family, The car fuel wasn't full.there was only one person at the counter and there were two stations.There was about about six other people waiting no order and more people arriving we had to try to keep track of where we were in line and the one lady working at the counter went out and pulled a car into a bay and started cleaning it The only person left in the office was the security guard and he wasn't checking anyone in if there are two stations there should be one at each helping people.the people were friendly but that doesn't get the job done, feel free to connect me, thank you

  APPARENTLY, someone removed my review, so, I have the distinguished honor of RE POSTING IT. If I could have given this place a ZERO I would have but it's not an option. THIS PLACE RUINED A SURPRISE BIRTHDAY PARTY WEEKEND THAT HAS BEEN PLANNED FOR SIX MONTHS. THIS PLACE CAUSED MY FAMILY TO MISS AN IMPORTANT MEETING UP NORTH TO MAKE A REAL ESTATE PURCHASE. THIS COMPANY IS THEE SINGLE WORST TO DEAL WITH. GO ANYWHERE ELSE TO RENT A VEHICLE. I made the reservation over one month ago. I called to confirm the reservation two weeks before and my wife called to confirm the DAY BEFORE! When we showed up at 8 a.m., THERE WAS NO RENTAL SUV FOR US. We were told that it would be about 30 minutes for it to arrive. LIE! We were then told it would be one hour to arrive. ANOTHER LIE! DO you know how I know it was a lie? I went home, contacted the main reservation at Enterprise and was told that THERE WERE NO 8 SEAT SUV'S AVAILABLE ANYWHERE NEAR METRO DETROIT! SO, were you going to BUILD ME AN 8 SEAT SUV??? We went back to Enterprise and was told that we would have our vehicle within 90 minutes, WOW, ANOTHER LIE, RIGHT TO OUR FACES! after waiting 3 hours, we had to find other transportation. 7 1/2 HOURS LATER AND NO ONE CALLED ME TO TELL ME THAT WE WEREN'T GETTING A VEHICLE! I called Enterprise in an attempt to speak with a supervisor, to no avail. You're calling overseas and TRYING to understand what the agents were saying. NO ONE SPOKE CLEAR ENGLISH. NO ONE WOULD TRANSFER ME TO CORPORATE, NO ONE WOULD GIVE ME ANY NAME OF A SUPERVISOR OR AN EXECUTIVE, and no one would help me contact anyone at any time, after 10 attempts and phone calls! We were over 5 hours late for a surprise party for my 88 year old mom, many people LEFT THE PARTY, we missed a very important real estate meeting and lost a bid for a cottage and the entire weekend was ruined by Enterprise. And yet, nothing from the top, no help, no apologies, no nothing, EXCEPT LIE AFTER LIE!!!..... TRUST ME ENTERPRISE, YOU HAVEN'T HEARD THE LAST FROM ME. THEE SINGLE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A COMPANY IN MY ENTIRE LIFE.
