    Interacted with Jamell after reserving through Costco. I reserved a standard SUV, he called to say that they might be unable to fulfill that and we settled on a minivan. At pickup and return I dealt with Arial, who offered me a full size SUV, but I opted to stay with the minivan. Returning was quick. There are other Enterprise offices closer to me, but I return to Roseville because of the better customer service from the branch employees.

    Second time I paid for a week and was only given five days. Customer service agreed I was supposed to get 7 days. I had to return the carbon a Sunday a day early because of this. Customer service put in for 3 days credits and this branch did not give me the credits they owe me. Please reach out to fix this and I’ll change my review.
