  Truly the best experience I’ve ever had with any mechanic shop in the last 30+ years of being on the road! Was yanked around by several other shops either over the phone or in person before stopping in this location and the speed at which they received my keys; got me up on the lift; diagnosed my problem; fixed it; and got me back to moving safely is seemingly a standard at this location as multiple other Customers were all saying the same thing as we all exited. The cost was legitimately very honest and I wasn’t left wondering if I’d need to sell an organ to cover the bill. This is a no nonsense group and you lucked up if you’re close enough to utilize their services! Spread the word: We have a great mechanic shop in metro Detroit again!

  2 bad visits at this Roseville (Little Mack & Gratiot)... I'm done. First visit was 1.5 years ago, I came in for the "shocks and struts sale" advertised on their sign at the road. Right off the bat, I noticed how innatentive the advisors were, avoiding eye contact, no smiles, no greeting... After inspection, I was provided with a quote. I asked if that was the sale price, as advertised. The advisor (who was already striking me as unfriendly and unprofessional) didn't verbally acknowledge the question, just silently typed and said, "I just took 10% off". Felt like deceptive advertising to me... Just weeks after the work was performed and if started to get cold weather, I noticed a loud rubbing noise when turning my wheel, so I returned to have them look at it. The same advisor who wrote up the original work order came back saying they forgot to grease one of the parts they installed, which caused the noise. No apology was given for the inconvenience or for their lack of detail. My second visit (1.5 years later) was today. I figured I'd give them another try - perhaps the guy was having a bad day, and maybe not all of the advisors are rude... Unfortunately, today I experienced the same thing as the time before. Though I was helped by a different advisor this time, he was just as rude and unprofessional as the guy I worked with last time, who also happened to be there. This advisor (again, no greeting or smile) was rude when getting my contact information, condescending when I asked for an additional item to be looked at, and arrogant when he provided me with my two options. He forgot my third option, which was me walking out and taking my business elsewhere. I said, "actually, I think I'll go somewhere else" and his response, "Sounds good!" Looking at reviews prior to posting this, I found a lot of customers complaining about their lack of professionalism at this location over the years - apparently nothing ever changes.

  Belle TIRE your getting a STRONG 5 stars from me. Your customer service was excellent for once I felt no anxiety. No fear of being priced gouged. I was dealing with a grinding / burping sound coming from my wheel up front.. I KNOW RIGHT BURPING!! Yea no idea how to describe it to the mechanic so I took a video of the sound.. videos are clutch ppl JS! They test drove and found no issues cause lucky me it stopped as soon as I get a mechanic to look at it.. eghhhhh! They didn’t charge me for there diagnostic and we talked about possible solutions to my problem. That assistance led me to fixing the original issue.!! Caliper PIN GREASE.. who knew.. I was preparing to pay hundreds of dollars ladies and gents. MANAGER STEVE. I GREATLY APPRECRATE YOU AND TOUR STAFF!!!
