  Belle TIRE your getting a STRONG 5 stars from me. Your customer service was excellent for once I felt no anxiety. No fear of being priced gouged. I was dealing with a grinding / burping sound coming from my wheel up front.. I KNOW RIGHT BURPING!! Yea no idea how to describe it to the mechanic so I took a video of the sound.. videos are clutch ppl JS! They test drove and found no issues cause lucky me it stopped as soon as I get a mechanic to look at it.. eghhhhh! They didn’t charge me for there diagnostic and we talked about possible solutions to my problem. That assistance led me to fixing the original issue.!! Caliper PIN GREASE.. who knew.. I was preparing to pay hundreds of dollars ladies and gents. MANAGER STEVE. I GREATLY APPRECRATE YOU AND TOUR STAFF!!!

  Super busy but very professional and knowledgeable. If you go you must have Nate be your service contact! He is worth the wait. So knowledgeable, treated me respectfully and answered all my questions without talking down to me or making it seem like I was bothering him.

  Had to get a new tire for a newer car. Called around and Belle was the best price. They were arranged to get me the tire I needed quick and according to my work schedule during my lunch hour on the following business day. It was done quickly and on time. I was out the door in 30 minutes with my new tire and back to work. They were professional and friendly and courteous which is really nice as a single woman. I’ll go back to them next time. Thank you Belle Tire guys!

  I stopped in to have my tire looked at for repair. The gentleman assisting me at the front counter (he never gave me his name but had dark hair and dark eyes) asked about how long I was having an issue, and I told him it had been about a week. His response: "And you're just now bringing it in?" I should have left then because I could feel the misogyny in the air. After waiting for my vehicle to be looked at and being called back up to the counter with the same gentleman, his words were, "We can't fix your tires." I said, "Ok." Then, without asking if I was even interested in buying tires from them (I wasn't), he proceeds to say, "Well let me see what we have." I quickly declined. What made him assume that I would just do whatever he said is beyond me. Yes, I called corporate to complain. Yes, I went elsewhere and spent $500+ on new tires. Yes, the other place was more professional and polite (USA Tire in Utica, highly recommend them). I have been to other Belle Tire locations in the past, but this one ruined all of them for me.
