- MHMitchell HumphriesMay 2, 20262.0Honestly pretty bad. I set up an appt for 4pm for some Falkens they agreed to price match on. I get there, “we forgot to order them. My fault.” Fair enough. They say they can give me some Pegasus tires for the same OTD price. Im under pressure to get the car roadworthy so I settled. I sit there for 15 minutes after my cars finished, parked 5 foot from me, nobody says anything. I walk up and get squared away, when they hand me the receipt it says they gave me Westlake tires. No mention of the change up or asking me if it was okay. I didnt get ripped off, but not a single step in the deal we made at any point was honored. I’m super disappointed. Went from getting a sweet deal on some Falkens to paying an average price on a way lower end tire. It would be one star but I’ll give two because the tires were installed properly. Avoid this store.

The honesty was great and I appreciated that. I will definitely go back and let everyone I know to also use this Belle Tire location. I also bought my tires from the Belle Tire store on Harper and 10 Mile. Thank you.
