- MGMark GurleyAug 14, 20261.0Crooks and best, incompetence at worst. They charged me $499 to tow my car 6 miles. Of that was $172 for the use of ramps which were 2x6 pieces of wood. They charged me $80 fuel charge because their dispatcher couldn't write down the mile marker correctly and also had to send 2 trucks because they could not identify the car. It is a rare and expensive car, but I spelled it out 3 times plus gave detailed instructions for the type of towing required. The dispatcher disregarded everything and told the driver it was a Nissan sedan rather than a supercar from England. Absolutely, do not use these guys.

To recover your impounded vehicle, please call our office first so we can verify whether there is a police hold on the vehicle and explain the release process. You will need to provide proof of ownership, which can be either your vehicle title, current registration, or a bill of sale. Only one of these documents is required. All applicable towing and impound fees must be paid before the vehicle can be released. For safety and liability reasons, vehicles are not released after dark. Our impound lot is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Evening and weekend releases are available by appointment only.
