“Top-Flight” series of recent service on my ‘11 Cadillac CTS Wagon. New Front Strut Assemblies, 4-Wheel “Hunter” Alignment, Oil / Filter change and Brake Fluid bleed. Brendan C. (Service Mgr.) is a good
listener, no used car salesman “hype”. He looked through my eyes, understood my needs and then worked with His Team to deliver more than I was expecting. Everything was completed well by Derrick P. (Service Tech)…appreciated Speaking with Him on what He did and His assessments. They both represent this location, and Goodyear as a whole, well. Professional, knowledgeable and personable. A good balance of pricing, products and customer service. IMHO, this is how customer loyalty is built / nurtured. Thanks again, Guys! Mark

Scheduled an appointment for a wheel alignment and left with four new tires that are a lot quieter than the old ones…
Did not realize the tires were that worn and I drive quite a bit. Liked that I get 3 years on alignment…. Great store and staff

I came into this location for an appointment to get four new tires installed—spending around $700. From the start, the experience was terrible. The young man at the counter was unfriendly, made no eye contact, didn’t greet me, and asked if I had an appointment and said Sign here and wait.” Very rude and unprofessional.
My appointment was at 12:00 PM. It’s now 2:50 PM, and I’m still here. They told me I needed a new stud, ten new lug nuts, and an oil change. Then they said one of my tires couldn’t come off because it was cross-threaded, which makes no sense since I removed that same tire myself just yesterday with no issue. Clearly, they damaged something while trying to take it off—and now they’re charging me an extra $150 for that issue, $65 for an oil change, and $150 for an alignment.
To make matters worse, after all this waiting, they couldn’t even locate the correct stud for my tire—the one problem that caused all the delay in the first place. It’s now 3:00PM, and I’m leaving with only four studs on my wheel instead of five, which is completely unacceptable. Despite that, they still charged me labor for the stud removal, claiming it “took time” to get off, even though they never replaced it.
I spoke with the manager to explain my frustration and my belief that I shouldn’t have to pay for something I think they damaged. Instead of listening or trying to resolve the issue professionally, he became defensive, raised his voice, and acted rude and aggressive. That’s entirely unacceptable behavior from a manager, no matter how frustrated a customer might be.
Now, more than two and a half hours later, my car is still on the hoist, my kids (ages 2 and 4) are restless and uncomfortable in the lobby, and the manager’s attitude is still dismissive—he literally shrugged his shoulders when I told him we had to go. This entire experience has been a nightmare. I will never come back here again, and I strongly recommend that others stay far away from this poorly managed, price-gouging business that takes advantage of its customers.
