The staff were very professional friendly and accommodating to our needs. Give us option when they run out of car we originally interested to rent. Overall it was just great cordial experienced. This is my go to place for future rental needs. Thank you.
Had a great experience renting here. Was given a free upgrade to a brand new vehicle. Taylor helped me and she's a rockstar! Staff is very courteous, professional and efficient! Place is busy especially at opening time but they work thru the line quickly! Pickup and drop off is an awesome cherry on top! Will be back again.

It’s rare to come across someone who truly cares about providing exceptional customer service, but Taylor exceeded every expectation. Enterprise is fortunate to have someone so dedicated and customer focused on their team.

Updated - Overall good experience, however, my initial attempted contact with them was difficult. Could not get ahold of anyone on the phone. After going into the business everyone was very courteous and professional. I noticed that they ignored the phones ringing while I was present too, probably because they’re understaffed.

We had a very frustrating and disappointing experience at the Enterprise Rent‑A‑Car location on Avon Road, Rochester Hills, Michigan - 48307
We had a confirmed reservation, yet when we arrived around 4:00 PM, we were made to wait until 5:30 PM with no clear communication. During that entire time, we saw other customers being given cars while we were repeatedly told there was no update or guarantee for ours.
Eventually, the area manager told us that those customers had booked 3 months in advance, which is why they were receiving vehicles first. If that is the case, it raises a serious question—why was our reservation accepted and confirmed in the first place?
I had specifically insisted on booking with Enterprise—even though it cost us about $29 more—based on my past positive experiences. I shared this with the manager, explaining that this situation was turning into the worst experience I’ve ever had with Enterprise. Instead of showing understanding or attempting to resolve the issue, he responded unprofessionally, saying, “If you are having the worst experience, then we are done here. I don’t want to do business with you.”
The situation escalated further when he asked us to step outside to talk, only to dismiss us again, say we were wasting his time, and ultimately refuse service altogether. He then locked the office and told us he would call the police if we didn’t leave.
We waited over 1.5 hours with a valid reservation, received no service, and were treated with complete disrespect and lack of professionalism.
This was, without a doubt, the worst customer service experience I have had.
