  Not many vehicles available at this location when I checked in. But, the ladies were super nice, and the vehicle I received was clean and functional. Smelled good too.

  I wanted to specifically recognize Rylee, the Assistant Branch Rental Manager. I was exhausted from traveling for work and, on top of that, I had just moved to Rochester Hills. She seemed to immediately recognize that I wasn't really looking for a lot of conversation and just wanted an easy rental experience. She was friendly and professional without forcing small talk. When I returned the vehicle, I had already been waiting for a bit, and it was busy right before close. She quickly got me on my way rather than making the process more complicated than it needed to be. What impressed me most was her ability to read the situation and adjust her customer service accordingly. That's a skill that isn't always easy to teach, and I really appreciated it.

  I had an excellent experience with Enterprise, and I especially want to recognize Ken for his outstanding customer service. From the moment I arrived until I returned my rental, Ken was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. You can immediately tell that he truly enjoys what he does, and that passion shows in the way he treats every customer. He went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth, stress-free, and welcoming. It’s rare to come across someone who combines efficiency with such warmth and authenticity. Ken is a real asset to Enterprise, and he made this experience memorable for all the right reasons.
