Zero customer service . A lady at front was more on phone than trying to help. You can book well ahead of time and when you go there your car that was booked wont be there Most cars have many miles with little service done on them .

Exellent experience with Enterprise! The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and responsive throughout the entire process. They worked seamlessly with the insurance company, which made everything very easy and stress-free. They took the time to explain the different vehicle options, and all the cars were new, clean, and well maintained. I also really appreciated the pickup and drop-off service The price was very reasonable. There was no wait in the lobby, and the location was easy to access. Overall, a smooth, convenient, and professional rental experience. I would definitely use Enterprise again and highly recommend this location!

We had a wonderful experience with Enterprise for our recent trip. The crews at the Rochester Hills location was all so professional and pleasant and the my rent car was ready on time and had no delay whatsoever for the both pick up and drop off time. I would use Enterprise again in the future no doubt
