  The previous owner of the business has now retired. I brought my vehicle in for a/c service and was asked to pay a $160 diagnostic fee before they would even look at it. The previous owner (Hans) never charged this fee nor do many other shops I've dealt with in the past. Cruise Transmission quoted me approximately $2,500 to repair my a/c. I thought this price seemed kind of high, so I checked with Lake Orion heating/cooling for another quote. I was NOT charged a diagnostic fee by Lake Orion heating/cooling. The quote I received from Lake Orion heating/cooling was for $1,400. Lake Orion completed the work. My car is now repaired and blowing cold air as it should. I feel like the new Cruise Transmission owners tried to rip me off by selling me unnecessary work - yeah, not happy with Cruise. I will never be back to Cruise as they just lost a long-standing customer. If i could give zero stars, I would. Buyer beware!

  Cruise has serviced our commercial fleet of 20 plus vehicles for about 7 years now and we couldn't be happier. They have done everything on our fleet (except tires). Great group of honest people that provide the best service and get our vehicles back on the road quickly.

  Cruise Transmission and Auto Repair is the place to go for Auto Repairs. I highly recommend them. Hans knows what he is doing and also very friendly to deal with. The receptionist, Sherry was very welcoming and friendly as well.

  I love the family owned business feel of this place. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Was a bit surprised by how expensive oil is these days but that’s not their fault.
