  I have bought from Bell Tire for years and ALWAYS gotten a great deal. Until now. I called ahead to explain that I knew what I wanted and needed but did not want the hassle of AI scams on finding a better price, Todd told me to come in and he would help with pricing. I drove in to be dismissed and completely talked in circles about what I needed and what he was trying to sell me. I on 3 occassions said clearly I need new tires and install. I was offered a $70 discount on my tires but spent a good 15 minutes being offered upsells and other prices for services that were not even noted as needed yet. I asked to clarify what my price was because all the numbers thrown at me was confusing my assessed budget. I was eye rolled, huffed at, as if clarity and questioning his position was inconvenient. I just needed tires and install pricing. I ended up at Discount tire with $150 savings. They lost my business this time because agenda and ego was the priority. Every sales man saw me frustrated and just sat back and watched even after asking for just pricing of my needs.

  Don’t waste your time coming here. Scott is rude and need some lessons on how to speak to people, maybe just people of color in particular… since I witnessed him being extremely nice to a non black lady. Super unprofessional! I mistakenly took my rental car here for a wheel alignment… it was supposed to go down the street to the Discount Tire where the voucher was approved for (boy… do I regret that misunderstanding). So in an effort to fix this, and not possibly be charged out of pocket… I asked Hertz to send a tow to get the car from here and take it down the street to Discount tire. The tow truck guy gets there and they tell him they don’t have a key for the car or paperwork (well… Scott… why didn’t you print out the paperwork or whatever your own co-workers claimed to not have?). This was yesterday… called this morning to see what was going on and they tell me that my car is ready… I say “thanks” and get hung up on. I go to pick up this car that’s “ready” and it’s literally still being worked on, hoisted in the air. Only to get it back and it’s doing the same thing that it was doing before they “fixed” it. Such a disappointment. I’d never in a million years bring my personal car here.

  Brand new tires, A ton of money money and I had to make three trips back because they did not install them correctly. Talk to the Front Desk person who took it seriously but had the same issues I feel there was a deep disconnect with the guys at the front desk versus the guys that do the service we will never come back to this place again

  Was told that I needed a tire alignment while getting my oil change at my local mechanic so I decided to come to belle tire to get it done. I called before hand and they told me I can walk in any time. When I went inside I was treated with a condescending and hostile attitude, maybe because I am wearing the hijab who knows. I told him I would like an alignment and he said the person isn’t here today, he went out to look at my car and said I don’t need an alignment I need all new tires which I definitely don’t. I guess it’s my fault for coming alone as a woman because men think they can take advantage of me and try to upsell me. My tires are in great condition and I got my alignment elsewhere

  So this is my second time buying a new set of tires over $1000 at Belle tire in Rochester Hills in the past 6 months. I probably should’ve learned my lesson the first time, but I thought perhaps they would have taken feedback and improved since earlier this year. Clearly they have not, and they probably don’t care about the feedback. Today, I dealt with Scott at the front desk. He couldn’t dislike his job more. Honestly if he hates it (and clearly hates dealing with customers) this much, he should get another job. He was unfriendly, apathetic, and when I asked why the free alignment check hadn’t been done - he became rude. Belle tire should really stop offering free alignment checks if they’re really not going to do free alignment checks. I said this to him while I was picking up my car and there was another man waiting in the lobby and he said the same thing happened to him. He was clearly not happy about it either. If you’re going to offer free alignment checks - actually follow through and do free alignment checks. Scott (rudely) said if you want I’ll go have them put it up on the rack right now (it was five minutes before closing) but they're commissioned and they don’t make commissions if you don’t have the alignment fixed… which makes me wonder how accurate the alignment checks are if they only get paid when you get the alignment work done there 🤔 seems they’re incentivized to have a report that shows you need an alignment. The last car that I brought there for a new set of tires was at the dealership a couple of weeks earlier and they checked the alignment and said it was fine, yet Belle Tire’s report (2 weeks later) showed it needed new alignment. Seems off. I’ll bring my other cars somewhere else.
