- KKKelly KellyJun 30, 20261.0I took my 2016 Ford expedition in due to the rear camera recall when I got my truck back, the the camera was still acting up, but also my radio would come on and off iand my blind spot says system default and cross traffic says System default, and none of these things were doing that before they serviced my truck so I took it back again and they said $1700 for me to fix the problem. I really don’t feel that whatever the issue is has nothing to do with them servicing the rear camera. Especially since I read on Reddit that other have had similar issue.. Lucky for some they weren’t held responsible and were told to pay anything.. What a disappointment. Maybe it’s time go to another brand to purchase my new vehicle.

The price was reasonable, he helped me through the whole process, and I didn't feel pressured at all...which is what I was worried about when I was thinking about getting a car.
