  Searching high and low for just that right vehicle seems to always lead me to Pat Milliken Ford. It’s not the closest Ford dealership but they have the best selection and top notch service department. If you’re looking for that special ride and service with a smile, I recommend this dealership.

  Review is only for service department. After this service last time, I'm never coming back here to have my car serviced. Brought car for oil change, and had a coolant leak. Dropped off Thursday, took them till Monday to tell me what was causing the leak, wanted to replace the entire system on my 13 year old car. Took it someplace else and had it fixed for less than I was charged for them to take 3 days to diagnose it.

  As a 20 plus year customer of Pat Milliken Ford, I always have had wonderful experiences, including my most recent experience this summer. The entire process of transitioning from my old lease to a new vehicle is always smooth and professional and I always feel like a valued customer. Special shout out to John Blanchard, who is always fantastic, always knowledgeable and attentive to what I want. I would highly recommend Pat Milliken Ford.

  I got multiple phone calls giving me updates about my vehicle, it started out a great experience. Got a final call of the day about 10am saying they were basically done. Then I didn't hear from them until the NEXT DAY almost 24 hours later asking for payment so they could get the vehicle back to me. I would've been happy to pay up front and get my car back the same day. I also attempted to call multiple times later that day and there was a absolutely no one that could answer my questions or even tell me what the status of the vehicle was. I suppose I won't be using the pick up and drop off option because their system doesn't work well. 5stars for the guy who dropped and picked the vehicle up though, he was awesome. Good ole jeff.

  Unfortunately, my experience with Mike at Pat Milliken Ford was disappointing from beginning to end. During my initial lease, I felt rushed through the process and never felt like my business was truly valued. Rather than feeling like a customer whose needs mattered, I left with the impression that building a long-term relationship wasn't the priority. BUT I WANTED TO GIVE THEM A SECOND CHANCE TO REDEEM THEMSELVES.... Therefore my biggest disappointment came near the end of my lease. I was reaching my mileage limit but had 4 months left on my lease, I went and consulted Mike for my options because in 20 years of leasing I had never had this predicament. I was told that the dealership would accept my Bronco back early, even if I decided not to lease another Ford. Based on that conversation, I made my plans accordingly. When I later contacted Mike to return the vehicle, I was told that was no longer an option. Whether there was a misunderstanding or a change in policy, the outcome did not align with what I had been led to expect. Afterward, I visited another dealership and had a completely different experience. I was treated with professionalism, clear communication, and genuine respect. That experience showed me how smooth and reassuring the car-buying process can be when a salesperson takes the time to listen, communicate openly, and put the customer's needs first. It also confirmed that I had made the right decision to take my business elsewhere. I hope Pat Milliken Ford continues to improve its communication and customer experience so future customers feel informed, respected, and valued throughout the entire leasing process.
