⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I want to give a huge shoutout to Amann at AutoZone for going above and beyond to help me today. I needed my car battery replaced, and while the other employees weren’t able to help with the installation, Amann stepped in without hesitation. He was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to remove my old battery and install the new one, and he did it all with such a sweet attitude. I really appreciated him taking the extra time to make sure I wasn’t left struggling with it. Amann, thank you for your kindness and for going the extra mile! Walked in early this morning and I was immediately disappointed . I am a young woman with not a lot of knowledge of cars and car parts the two young men that worked there this morning on 7/19/26 (I walked in the store about 9am )today was absolutely no help at all! They tried to ignore me so they wouldn’t have to help me which very much gave off lazy vibes! Then I’m telling him the one young man who was at the register the kind of coolant I need and he’s looking at me like I have 16 heads! Then I even offer him to come look at my reseviour because on my coolant reservoir it reads “OAT COOLANT” , so in telling him that and he completely disregards my suggestion for him to come look at it himself . He was Completely oblivious and unknowledeable himself , which scared me half to death ! Because how do you work here and don’t have a clue to what I’m talking about ?? I’m informing you more about your own job … that’s extremely disappointing bc now that puts me in higher risk of putting something incorrect in my car ! He points me to the wrong to wrong coolant to get which was purple coolant for a Chrysler 200. Thank God I had enough common sense to google a mobile a mechanic and ask a question and they gave me the correct coolant to get for my car and year because they one the sales person referred me to would’ve completely jacked my engine up over time!! And who needs them kind of problems ??? Yess if you are female do not go to this autozone yhey are LAZY! They all scared that they have to exactly have to do some work and extremely unknowledgable
