  After having no luck finding a vehicle at two other rental locations, coming to this Enterprise was a lifesaver! Jenee went above and beyond to help me out. She was incredibly professional, quick, and managed to secure a fantastic premium car for me right on time. Her customer service made a stressful day so much easier. If you need a hassle-free rental, definitely ask for Jenee!

  I travel a lot for work so I use Enterprise a lot. This location by far had the best customer service ive experienced up to date. Specifically Ashley and Zachary. Very professional I highly recommend this location.

  Ashley provided excellent customer service. She went the extra mile to get me the vehicle I specifically wanted. Janae was very friendly on the drop off process. This is my favorite place for rentals.

  This branch needs a new branch manager, Janae was very rude very much confrontational very much hood, every conversation with her feels like a mean girl in a club conversation she has no professional skills at all and I take it she hired her friends to work with her. So I rented a car last week from this location due to my car being in the dealership for service when I went in the agent gave me a weekly rate of $435, I stated I wanted insurance she told me the total I paid and drove off with the car. This past Monday I reached out to the branch and spoke with the branch manager who right away gave me a unprofessional vibe, I explained I needed to extend my car and that I’m waiting on the dealership so I will just extend for a day at that time, she then proceeded to tell me I had to make a payment of 381.00 to extend for one day, naturally I was confused due to in all my years of renting a car I know your deposit stays on the account till return unless you have extended and it was taken out the deposit, since that was my first time extending I was confused, so I was asking questions trying to figure out how it happened, she stated I was paying 87.00 a day for a civic I then stated that was not the price I was told when I rented the car, I ask was the young lady present that rented me the car and can we get her on the call, she then proceeds to say “I am not gonna rope Ashley into a call and I have never know Ashley to be a liar”, one I never stated Ashley was a liar, two being a healthcare professional that works in management I know you never respond to a client as such, because speaking in that manner stated that the relationship with your employee is more of a friendship then a professional manner. The proper way to have handle the situation was to explain to me that this location basically chose to eat threw my deposit for the insurance charges without my knowledge which is definitely not enterprise protocol per the reservation specialist, to apologize for the inconvenience that your location has caused me as a consumer and move on, instead she gave me rudeness and attitude, I asked for the call to be escalated. After that. The next day one of her workers called me at 8:30 in the morning asking me was I extending and even admitted when I was talking to him like “yeah I said I’m calling her right now” so now we think it’s funny to call working people before 9 asking about a car that’s not due to return till 4 pm. Today I call this morning to extend the car of course i got her rude unprofessional self again, I asked how much it to extend she says 251.00 so I asked her then is there a reason that last week they ate threw my deposit for charges but this week they are requesting payments every time I extend, I was informed that when you extend that’s when the payments usually comes out of the deposit. And I also asked her how much was I paying to extend each day I thought I was paying 120 a day, she got very aggressive on the phone stating you need to pay the 251.00 or return the car by 11, I stated mam I called to pay, I would just like to understand my charges, after all the mix ups from this location I didn’t think asking about my money was a problem. She hung up in my face, I called back she answered, I then proceeded to ask mam how can I pay if you hang up in my face, I asked can she just escalate the call I will pay them and speak to them about this call, she states “every day it’s something with you” mind you this is only the second time I spoke to this rude branch manager, she then says “I’m not about to deal with this I’m gonna tell my manager I requested you to bring the car back for abusive behavior”, so you think you gonna hang up in clients face talk to them like you at the corner bar and then basically threaten them. So she thought I was supposed to leave my nursing job return a car they had me pay two deposits on, go to another location put another deposit down and rent a car. Not to mention you are lying on a client and trying to put my nursing license in jeopardy. I contacted a lawyer.
