    The manager Pamela was very dismissive. I had an old part number blue box pads that I needed to exchange, and first the red shirt (name tag too faded to see) couldn't even find the warranty. Rather than ask if there was another number it could be under (there was, it was either mine or my ex's) he spent a good 3 minutes staring at the screen, bouncing between the warranty and the parts look up. A line started forming, maybe 3 people, and she finally came up front to help someone. He called her over when he finally found it, first time she just entered the password because it needed a second approver, and then walked away. New part couldn't be direct exchanged, he called her over again. She told him to direct exchange it, and got visibly irritated when the computer said it couldn't be done, as he had just tried to do before she said it. She then had to walk back over and approve the refund, and walked away again saying that she could price match it down when he got to that screen. Every other auto zone I have had this problem at (I work on a lot of family's cars, so it's fairly frequently) the manager took over when it came up to the different part number so the red shirt could cash people out. If not for the fact that this auto zone is the only one close by, I wouldn't be back, as this is not an isolated incident.

    The Port Huron location needs a class on customer service. Every one there is rude or has a bad attitude. It makes it hard to shop there.

    Requested for a rear set of rotors and pads for my truck, they provided me front rotors and pads. I went back to get the correct rotors and pads, they provided me rear rotors but front pads. I gave up with this location and went to the fort gratiot location. Third time is a charm.. unfortunately its a 30 minute drive each way from where I'm from.

    Staff was rude and not really interested in providing customer service. There are several other auto parts stores around and I plan to use those instead.
