  Pre-purchase inspection done with professionally, technical skill, and patience. Tim squeezed us in which we appreciated because we were out of towners and needed it done immediately. Highly highly recommend this place. Wish we lived in Plymouth so we could take our car to them!

  Simply a great shop. Especially excellent on electrical diagnosis and repair - ask for Matt. I had my wife’s Odyssey sliding door issue diagnosed and fixed here - excellent work, and Matt allowed me to chase down a discount part on the internet and installed it - a lot of shops would have refused this. Had my Tundra rear park sensors diagnosed by Matt but balked at the part cost ($1500 from Toyota!!!). Matt quoted $190 for the diagnosis fee (quite reasonable given the complexity of vehicles today) but when it came time to pay just said no charge - come back and give us some work in the future. This is the exact opposite of Suburban Toyota - charged me $175 for a 5 minute diagnosis (dumped the codes) and wanted to charge me $1000 FOR DIAGNOSIS ONLY - no repair at all. Give these guys your business - you will never regret dealing with competence and integrity.

  These guys are truly amazing, especially Matt. They helped us with two vehicles on a very tight schedule, and everyone we worked with was incredibly kind, honest, and helpful. They made the whole process easy and stress-free. Don’t hesitate to bring your vehicle here for any repairs - highly recommend!

  I had a phenomenal experience working with Matt, Chad, and Randy at Ryan’s Auto Repair and would absolutely recommend them to anyone in the area. From booking the appointment to driving my car home, everything was above and beyond what I expected. They even gave me a ride home and arranged for me to be picked up later so I didn’t have to wait around at the shop. The service was exceptional, clear, and honest. Randy took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my car and walked me through multiple cost-effective options. There was no pressure and no upselling, just straightforward advice like he was helping out a friend. You can tell this team really cares about their customers and takes pride in what they do. It’s not always easy to find a shop you can trust, but this is definitely one of them. If your vehicle needs looked at, make Ryan’s your first call!
