  I brought my Jeep here for a severe front-end wobble. They diagnosed and replaced a worn lower control arm/ball joint and completed an alignment. However, the vehicle was still having significant shaking and brake issues almost immediately after the repair even though being assured it would "drive smoother". I took it to another shop for a second opinion, because it was unsafe and not driveable, and they found additional brake and suspension issues that needed to be addressed. They said multiple times they were shocked that these concerns were not identified during the original inspection, which was disappointing for me especially after spending a significant and what I consider excessive amount on the initial repair. I understand vehicles can have multiple issues at once, but I expected a more thorough inspection and better communication before needing additional repairs immediately afterward. Will not be bringing my car back here.

  Took pacifica to another dealer first for check engine light and was very underwhelmed. Took to fox hills for 2nd opinion and they won my business. Very communicative. Kind. Gave me a loaner car (jeep grand cherokee) for free while working is being done to save me some money. They earned my business 100% and moving forward.

  Continuously running my credit after I told him I would call him back! I wouldn’t trust a dog here! Also told me I can’t have the paperwork that I signed because it has to go to the state first! These are so terrible people man definitely making me regret my purchase!

  We purchased a 2013 jeep grand cherokee from a different dealer with an extended warranty from our bank. It broke down on us in July. By month 5 of us not having our vehicle and getting fed up we had it brought to Fox Hill where Zach in the service department has been nothing shy of amazing! Fox hill gave us a loaner and took their time communicating with our warranty company to figure out what was going on and best approach. After 3 additional months Fox Hill gave us back a beautifully running vehicle! We didn't purchase ours from Fox hill but they will definitely have our business for a future purchase and all future maintenance on both of our jeeps. Thank you guys so much!!!

  Tried calling today multiple times and no one’s picking up. It’s a Saturday and hours are showing they’re open. The voicemail is just a muffling sound. Not very professional.
