- JPJeff Pleiman5 days ago1.0If I could give negative 5 stars I would. The service advisor literally told me to “suck his (expletive)”. Word for word. My family has purchased 6 vehicles there over the past 5 years, and this is how we were treated. 1 year ago, mine and my wife’s air conditioning both broke. They “fixed” it, and a year later it broke again. They tried to tell us it was a different part and not covered in there 2 year guarantee. When I started to ask questions I was literally told “suck my (expletive)” by the service advisor. I filed a complaint with corporate but I’m not sure anything was ever done. To my knowledge, everything just went on as usual. The service advisor offered me a 10% discount for troubles which was laughable. I was never contacted by anyone else at the dealership. There is no way this dealership will ever be getting another dime from me. They charge top dollar for service, don’t even fix it, and then they call you names for asking questions and offer a 10% discount off there $190/hour they charge for service. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealership. These people are criminals.

They helped me receive full coverage from my extended warranty and proactively kept me updated on the vehicle's progress. I would bring my vehicle back again for service.
