  Excellent customer service and care!! We would highly recommend This Belle Tire due to the staff .Bruce Webb is a wonderful manager.He explains and give definitions of what’s happening about your car.He gives great care for customer service.He is an asset to your company.Eric was amazing as well.and I couldn’t leave out Mr.Nelson-great service! We give these guys and the coworkers that worked on my car a 10 star not a 5 star!! Great job!! Won’t go anywhere else!👍🇺🇸

  I would give zero stars if it was possible. Went in for 50k maintenance. Brought my truck in at 8:00am. No one got back to me until after 6pm with a very high quote. They tried to up sell me shocks and struts total was $4400. I said no and magically the quote came down to $3300. I said no again and the final was $2200. When I went to pick up the truck it ended up being $2400. A couple days after I was driving and smoke started pouring out of back of my truck and transmission fluid was all over the truck. I went back in the morning and they treated me horribly. I left and brought it somewhere else down the street and they fixed the terrible work this place did. Cleaned up all oil and did a full inspection. Luckily my transmission is ok. This place is terrible. They are used car salesmen dressed up as mechanics. They are about making the most money and not providing the best service.

  I had the misfortune of running over a huge nail that punctured and stuck in my tire on I-275. The air loss was so rapid, I could barely believe the countdown on my car monitor. I exited at Ann Arbor Trl Rd and was so lucky to be just a couple miles from this Store #8 Belle Tire. Although other customers waiting had appt’s my repair was worked in and I waited just over a hour. And since my tires had been purchased at Belle Tire, my repair was FREE, yipppeeee! Everyone was so kind & helpful. Miserable I ran over the nail, very lucky & pleased Belle Tire helped me quickly and efficiently!

  I paid to had 4 Tires Mounted & Balanced a few weeks ago and that experience was so-so. Well, I stopped in today (Monday) around 3pm with a pretty significant leak in one of my tires. With not a single vehicle in any of their main front bays, I was told that they would not be able to to get me in to repair the tire until Thursday. 3 day wait for a patch! However, if I go online to purchase tires, there is full open availability to schedule me right in. Unbelievable.

  Marc was a godsend. We were from out of town and had a break down on a Saturday night. He secured the vehicle and had a technician troubleshoot on Monday morning. Turned out to be the fuel pump. It was ready to go the same day!!! Thanks Belle Tire team!
