    As a new customer, my experience was TERRIBLE. I had a nail in my right rear tire and an appointment at 2:30 PM, arriving at 2:15 PM. Yet, by 3:45 PM, I remained in the cold lobby with unacceptably clean restrooms, and my vehicle still hadn't been attended to. The wait seems excessive for a basic tire fix. Regrettably, I won't be returning for future services.

    I cannot rave enough about how awesome the guys are here! When I accidently double charged myself with affirm, they immediately contacted me to make sure it was an accident. And when there was an issue with my tires being in stock Adam found me the best possible solution, and even tried to find me the best deal. Couldn't be happier with the service, and the guys working here!

    They did a great job. I came in with an aftermarket suspension that was way out of alignment, compounded by old wheels & tires with staggered fitment. They corrected the alignment; and after still having a pull, they rotated & balanced the tires, resolving the issue. Good work with minimal hassle.

    I DO NOT recommend this place. My husband called and set an appointment for 11am to get his brakes checked. He had them done here previously and the guy he spoke with told him it was under warranty if there was an issue or they needed to be changed. We knew if rotors were bad we’d be paying for those which was fine. I got there early and told the guy numerous times I would be waiting with the truck. They didn’t take the truck back until my husband called an hour past our appointment. They drove the truck around for a noise that we never even said was happening. The brakes weren’t grabbing and it wasn’t stopping properly was the complaint. The manager then kept asking me what was going on and I told him I had no clue, that it was my husbands truck and I never drive it. I explained that he had previously called and discussed what needed to be looked at. The manager then came out and told me the brakes were fine and they didn’t hear a noise(again my husband NEVER said there was a noise)- the manager said the brakes were at 25% and would be fine until the fall. I explained to him that this truck gets driven for work daily and most days it’s 2 hours away one way. They brushed us off because they didn’t want to replace the brakes. Told us they were rusty. We won’t ever be back. 25% in a truck this size isn’t good and need to be changed. They are in the yellow zone and we are aware of that, which is why we brought it in. There’s obviously an issue. We will be taking our business elsewhere!!!

    Went in 4/9/26 and told Manny I was there for my 230p appointment to get snow tires on my Transit van switched back to my regular tires. He checked the system, said "there you are" when he found my appointment, and took my key. Van was taken into a bay shortly thereafter. An hour and a half later I asked why it was taking so long (it took about 45-50 minutes in the bay when they switched from regular to the snow tires I purchased from them last fall). Yes, they had to put them on my one set of rims. Manny said the tech was just "really thorough." I suspect he was training someone, which they could have just told me but they didn't. Manny said it would be another 10 minutes. Twenty-five minutes later I asked again. We're almost 2 hours in the bay at that point. Employee Jeffrey (manager?) jumped in and said it was taking so long because my appointment was at 130. I told him it was at 230. He said they had 130 in their system. I told him I didn't believe him because I specifically said my appointment was at 230p when I walked in at 225p and Manny said he found it in the system. Also, Manny DIDN'T say it was at 130 but they'd squeeze me in. And neither time I inquired about the delay did Manny say I was an hour late. Because I wasn't. So as far as I'm concerned Jeffrey just plain lied and when I pushed back he said he "wasn't trying to upset" me. I told him I was not upset, just stating facts. My van then came out and I paid with Belle Bucks that were given to me the previous time I was there because the snow tires they ordered were still not there by the time of my appointment. No one apparently bothers to check that stuff so no one called me to say not to come in. That snafu took 30 minutes to discover so they gave me Belle Bucks to compensate me for having to come back another day. Anyway, I told them I won't do business there again. Not even because I had to come back the previous time or because 4/9 took 2 hours, but because I feel Jeffrey simply lied to my face.
