Called to get a price on tires at the plains store. Doing some price comparisons. Was quoted over $200 more than Belle Tire in Grand Rapids for the same tire. The person is obviously not ethical about representing the company. Found the tires for less than the lower price anyways but a $200 variant is not a location issue. Especially when the same pricing is available at both stores as told by the representative in Grand Rapids. Buyer beware and do your research. Do not recommend this store or company with variable pricing based on who and where you ask. I live within 20 min of both stores so it's not like I'm calling a didn't district in case the company wants to use that excuse. There is none.

Best experience I’ve ever had in dealing with my car troubles. I was told by Harold Ziegler used cars in plainwell that it would cost $2500 to fix my car. I needed an alignment and they told me it needed thousands in parts and labor. I went next-door to Belle tire in Plainwell and they told me it would be $140 to align my car, they aligned it perfectly And after hearing my story, gave me a discounted price. Thanks to their honesty, my car is riding smoother than it ever has. I give a shout out to Jeff for allowing me to come in late, major shout out to Manny who punched back in after leaving for the day to align my car, to Adam and several other mechanics there that were all involved in fixing my car properly. My car went from getting 32 miles per gallon average to 37 miles per gallon average. I strongly recommend getting your car serviced in any way shape or form. Fix your brakes , get your car aligned, tires rotated, balanced purchase new tires ect. Anything you can do with your car that bell tire can do in plainwell Michigan is well worth it. I’ll be a customer for life!

Worked with Adam and he was excellent! Had a flat and brought the tire in, they repaired within an hour of drop off, even on a busy day! Then I was pleasantly surprised to find there was no charge, even with putting it back on and swapping the spare for me. Worth noting the repaired tire wasn’t even purchased from them as it came on a new vehicle. They still took care of it for free! It’s the reason we continue to come back to the Plainwell Belle Tire location time and again for our tire needs on all our vehicles. They made the whole headache of having a flat in the first place much easier to navigate with such a quick turnaround to get me back on the road and off my spare. Adam even gave me some specs for other maintenance needs coming up on my vehicle and was very informative. Thanks, guys for always taking great care of us!
