- TTTLPJun 1, 20261.0PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THIS LOCATION. THEY TREAT YOU LIKE TRASH AND IF YOU STICK UP FOR YOURSELF THEY ATTACK YOU AND TELL YOU TO LEAVE!!!!! The manager even is a rude incompetent manager and his front desk clerk is not for customer service I called them for 2 hours straight they couldn’t pick up the phone. There was one person ahead of me. ITS NOT LIKE THEY WERE BUSY! Do you think someone that has a reservation that called for 2 hours and zero communication. Then you walk in and are challenged on everything you ask to do. NO vehicle that I reserved available. No debit card, no answering phones. No respect for their treatment.? The lady.clerk had her rude manager come out and he was very rude from the beginning. Did not say hello how can I help you. Very rude and he enjoyed saying no to everything I asked. The entire time he was pointing fingers instead of being responsible to the Company. And taking accountability for their mistakes. They definitely are off my list of places for business! Gladly take it to another Company! This is not the first time I have heard about this location. I was sure wrong to go there and expect service. Good luck
