  I got a valve stem replaced. They told me I might have to wait till the end of the day to get my tire back. I had it back in 2 hours!

  So i went for new tires and an alignment They then brought me a grocery list of things they believed i needed totaling 2500. They insisted I needed 4 rotors 4 brakes 2 tire rods 4 u bolts all 4 shocks 4 calipers and that i was in danger. I got a second opinion and actually i really didn't need any of this and everything was fine At most i was looking at 2 u bolts and 2 rotors and even they were not in danger. These people are pirates and eager to get you good they can and will take full advantage of your lack of knowledge. UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE AN EASY MARK AND ROBBED BLIND DO NOT GO HERE.

  Dudes lost my car in the parking lot, were 4 hours late on a tire change(with an appointment) and proceeded to try and sell me 5k$ worth of stuff that didn't need to be done. 1200$ for breaks and rotors that take 1.5 hours and cost maybe 250$ for parts, 1200$(LOL) for a ball joint that didn't need replacing, but didn't see the broken strutt spring or worn sway bar links that needed to be done. 600$ is what it cost me to fix at royal tire. And Royal tire sells the tires almost 200$ cheaper. These guys are crooks.

  After taking my car to belle tire in Grand Rapids, was told my ‘slow leak’ was a corroded valve, replaced it, $120 later, realize they didn’t reset the sensors and the world’s going to have to go back, well ended up that I was gonna be visiting family in northern Michigan over the weekend and decided just to take it to the Belle up there since it was on the way. Got in my car this morning in GR and my tire was flat. Filled it, drove up north (checking it often) and was told it was a cracked rim and not a corroded valve at all! I had tried to go to the belle in GR this morning before coming up north, but they were not able to see me until late this afternoon. I trust the guys in Petoskey way more and the fit me in right away and encouraged me to call to get my money back from the GR location. Danial, the mechanic suggested a temporary fix for my cracked rim and I was taken care of in no time! These guys are great and have always been extremely helpful!!
