  I love bell tire! However I got new tires few weeks ago and 1 of them are leaking. Not a big deal it happens. However I was told I had to wait hours for them to look at it. I said you can’t just squeeze me in real quick. You’re fixing something you previously done. The sales associate next to my sales associate said and I quote. All of them are in there for that reason. “Apparently they have this problem a lot at this location” UPDATE! My rim had a crack in it! Wasn’t leaking air before I got the new tires! Now I gotta buy a new rim! It’s extremely unsafe to ride on a rim with a crack in it! But they installed the tires and apparently never saw the big crack in the rim. Solution was put some bead sealant on it till I can get back to have rims replaced. Also not safe!

  Brought in my company vehicle for fleet servicing and to address a trailer brake codes it was throwing. They just changed the oil and didn't address the issue that I made the appointment for?? When I went to pickup the vehicle, they suggested I just make another appointment to address the original issue. Needless to say I go to Royal Tire now and they provide great service.

  During our trip across the UP to Petoskey on Saturday August 1st 2026 we had a flat tire on our camper and also found that our spare was in rough shape. We limped in to Petoskey with help from our relatives and waited until Monday morning to get the tires replaced. We showed up at 8:00am with no appointment and I spoke with Josh, he said he had the tires in stock and could get them replaced in an hour to two hours. We said yes and went for breakfast. We were barely gone an hour and Josh called to say the tires were done and we could pick them up anytime. Josh was very responsive, professional and efficient he was a great communicator. He “under promised and over delivered” excellent customer service. Highly recommend Belle Tire in Petoskey Michigan!

  Our 5th wheel needed a stem replacement on one of the tires. I gave one star because we were told there wasn't a jack on hand. They allowed us to put air in it and when we did, noticed a 5th wheel with a jack in the back. So, because the tire was fine it wasn't worth the trouble even though we were glad to pay.

  Recharged our AC coolant and dyed it to check for a leak. Two days later, while still on vacation and about to start a 7-hour drive home with our kids already loaded in the car, the AC stopped blowing cold air again. We stopped by on our way out hoping for a quick look, since it seemed related to the work they’d just done. We were told it would be a 1.5 hour wait just to have someone glance at it — no offer to squeeze in a 10-minute check, no offer of a quick coolant top-up to get us through the drive. Meanwhile, a $45 recharge kit from the store next door fixed the issue enough to get us home safely in 100-degree heat. Belle Tire didn’t even mention that as an option. Really disappointing experience — we were customers who’d just paid almost $300 for a service days earlier, stuck with little kids in a hot car, and got no urgency or help at all.
