  WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS! Unnecessary up selling… First time customer and will not return! Went in for an alignment they told me the transfer case needs replaced and refused to do the alignment. They gave me a quote for labor and said they’d call back with an estimate on parts. Took my car to another shop for a second opinion and they said it’s fine no immediate repairs are necessary. They also scheduled an alignment for me!

  A few weeks ago I noticed my tire slowly leaking. I brought it to my dealership and asked for them to possibly patch it. They had my car in there for about 15 minutes before coming out to tell me that they can’t fix it and it’ll cost me 200 to replace the tire. I called up this Belle Tire, easily made an appointment for later in the week and they plugged my tire in about 20 minutes for free! Everyone was very nice and took care of my car.

  😡Not only did i call to confirm on 3/3/2026 for the 1st oil change on the 2024 Ram Promaster 1500 do the oil change for the van (0W-20) not only did James R. Perry confirm this and the amount of $58 which o found out I paid $44.99. I made the mistake of not looking at the 1st oil change paperwork that was on me. Today 6/2/2026 I went to get the next oil change only to be told the amount was $89 dollars which shocked me and then to be told the WRONG OIL WAS PUT IN ON THE 1ST OIL CHANGE by Jason F. Swarthout, though he was friendly it didnt make me the less angrier that the wrong oil was put in the first time an the cost was more this time😡. Jason did give me $9 dollars off he did try i appreciate that but still i should've paid the same price as before $44.99!! 👉5w-30 is thicker than 0w-20 there both synthetic i shouldn't have paid $79.99. I should've being paying the same they both were 5.9 qt. paid the same price as last time $44.99.😡😡😡 Bell Tire👉 is supposed to be a company you trust....After being told the wrong oil was put in I for one 😡 DON'T TRUST BELLTIRE AND WILL NOT RETURN FOR ANY OIL CHANGES... An they left oil prints on the handle and steering wheel what kind of crap is that.😡 The van might not be new but it belongs to us an we take care of our vehicles. BEING I PAID FOR THE ALINGNMENT FOR THE YEAR EVEN THOUGH I DON'T WANT TO RETURN I WILL FOR THAT I PAID FOR IT AND IF FOR ANY REASON SOMETHING HAPPENS IT WILL BE ON BELL TIRE TO MAKE IT RITE!!!!😡😡😡😡
