He picked me up off the side of the road because, as it turns out, I lost a bolt from the brake mounting bracket. Rather than tow me all the way home, which would have cost me a huge towing bill, he took me to the shop, which was much closer, then ran me around town looking for a bolt to replace the one I needed, then helped me install it and got me back on the road. Saved me a lot of time and money. I really appreciate the service!!
