  Will not be bringing anything back here dropped truck off for transmission issues was quoted on phone by service advisor that it would be 650 for repairs with my warranty when I got there to pick up the vehicle I was told they made a error and it would be 920

  I just bought my truck from Lunghamer Ford and I have to give a huge shoutout to Rob Hathon. This guy flat out works for you. From the start, Rob went above and beyond to make sure I didn't just settle -- he made sure I got into the right truck with the necessary accessories. He listened, he hustled, and he didn't waste my time. No pressure tatics, no back-and-forth nonsense -- just straight, honest effort to get the deal done the right way. What really impressed me was how hard Rob and Greg (Pre-Owned Sales Mgr) worked behind the scenes. They explored options to meet my necessities of hard tonneau cover and bedliner, stayed in constant communication, and made sure every detail lined up and before I knew it the deal was done, trucks was in for accessories and I was out the door the same day. You can tell he actually cares about long-term customers, not just making a quick sale. If you're in the market, do yourself a favor and ask for Rob Hathon. He earns your business. Thank you Rob, Greg, Jeff, and the garage staff. I'll absolutely be back

  I appreciate the excellent service that Brent provided. I felt well taken care of and that the issue with my truck would be resolved and safe to drive once I took it home. Brent provided a loaner vehicle while my truck was there, which really helped as I only have one vehicle. I was so thankful for the diligence of the service department to find out what had been the problem with my truck-doing many tests to determine the issue. Brent kept in touch about what was going on, expressed concern to keep the truck until they were sure they had checked everything, and was mindful of the financial burden that repairs incur. The way Brent handled the situation gave me peace of mind that they are looking out for me and my truck. Thanks for the great job!
