  Outstanding experience. Had a clunking noise under the rear of my truck. Took it to Lunghamer and they quickly diagnosed I had a broken rear spring. The new part arrived quickly, and they installed it the same day it came in. Brent did a great job of keeping me updated on the status of the repair and kudos to the whole service team.

  Randy was the kindest salesman I have ever met. The finance guy treated me like I was a dumb girl and had never signed a paper or gotten a loan before and dismissed all my questions. So helpful and informative... The truck looked clean and ready for the road... It has been a full month since my purchase: the second key fob was left at the dealership and never found for us, the muffler has fallen off (3 weeks after purchase), the tire well stabilizer has rusted off the frame (2 weeks after purchase), the turbo needs replaced (limped down the interstate at 40mph less than a week after purchase), the entire cluster keeps shutting off (3 weeks after purchase), we have electrical problems to the point of no lights nor the ability to roll down the window (2 weeks after purchase), the needle bearing needs replaced and the front passenger tire has been ruined (3 weeks after purchase)... we are getting another loan for a second vehicle now (from somewhere else) just so this truck can sit for the next month to order all the parts and be repaired.
