Prices too high. Needs to communicate better with customers and explain repair needs before repairs are done.

I absolutely refuse to let anyone look at my car unless it’s these guys! Especially love their mechanic Jason: very honest and sweet guy who knows what he’s talking about and has a TON of expert knowledge under his belt. Multiple times he has found something that other people have missed that could’ve spelt out disaster. If you want a man that is thorough, honest, and hardworking ask for Jason.

I had a steel bar stuck to the bottom of my tire last night. This place came in under an hour and replaced it with the spare tire is less than five minutes. His name was T.J. I am very appreciative! Thank you!
Frequently Asked Questions About Bob's Tire & Repair LLC
How do I find my correct tire size?
You can locate your tire size by checking the placard sticker on your driver-side door jamb or by examining the sidewall of your existing tires. According to Michelin, the tire size information appears on both the door jamb sticker and the sidewall of your current tires.
Should I replace all four tires at once?
While replacing all four tires delivers even handling performance, if you're only replacing two tires, we recommend installing the new ones on the rear axle to help maintain proper vehicle control on wet road surfaces.
How often should I rotate my tires?
We recommend rotating your tires every 5,000 to 8,000 miles to promote even tread wear and maximize tire lifespan.
Do I need an alignment with new tires?
An alignment ensures your wheels are pointing straight, which helps protect your new tires from premature and uneven wear.
What happens if you find extra problems?
We will always contact you for approval before performing any additional work or going beyond the initial cost estimate.
Do you offer free estimates, do you charge a diagnostic fee?
We provide free estimates, though diagnostic fees may apply in certain situations.
