Exceptional Experience at Serra Lexus Lansing!
I recently purchased a new vehicle from Serra Lexus Lansing, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and professional.
Sales Experience:
My salesman, Caleb, was a true pleasure to work with. He was incredibly responsive and maintained a high level of professionalism throughout the transaction. Buying a car can sometimes be stressful, but Caleb made sure everything went exactly according to plan.
Logistics & Delivery:
Since we live about two hours away from the dealership, they went above and beyond by delivering the vehicle directly to us. This level of convenience was greatly appreciated and executed perfectly.
Technology Support:
A special thank you to Preston, the Lexus Technology Specialist. He was exceptionally patient and kind. Preston took the time to explain all the technical details and went the extra mile to set up the Lexus app and digital key for my elderly parents. His ability to make complex technology accessible was impressive.

Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Serra Lexus Lansing regarding a 2026 Lexus LX 600 I was seriously prepared to purchase.
I initially spoke with sales representative Nick Park, who clearly confirmed the vehicle was in transit, had no reservations on it, and was available for deposit/reservation. I specifically asked for the out-the-door pricing, and he assured me he would send it by the end of the day. He never did.
After that, my calls, voicemails, and follow-up attempts were completely ignored. No response, no update, no professionalism whatsoever. For an upscale luxury dealership, this level of communication is honestly unacceptable.
After wasting an entire week trying to get a simple response, I finally contacted another salesperson, Caleb, who once again confirmed the vehicle was available and said he would provide pricing details. Then suddenly, less than 20 minutes later, I received a text saying the vehicle was “spoken for” by a local client and no longer available.
The entire situation felt dishonest, misleading, and extremely poorly handled. Either the vehicle was never actually available, or the dealership chose to string me along without transparency while prioritizing someone else behind the scenes. Either way, this is not how serious buyers should be treated — especially when shopping for a six-figure luxury vehicle.
I expected professionalism, honesty, and basic communication from a Lexus dealership. Instead, I experienced the exact opposite.

I expected a level of transparency and professionalism synonymous with a high-end luxury dealership, but my experience with Serra Lexus was profoundly disappointing.
We reached an agreement on a price, but the deal completely stalled when I brought up documented safety concerns—specifically, leaking struts that significantly compromised the vehicle's handling.
Rather than addressing these safety issues or adjusting the terms to reflect the necessary repairs, the dealership chose to let the deal fall through. It is concerning that a dealership of this stature would be willing to put a customer on the road in a vehicle with known mechanical safety defects.
To make matters worse, their service department completed an oil change on the vehicle, only for it to be discovered that the oil plug was broken during the process. This lack of attention to detail is unacceptable. Throughout the entire process, there was a glaring lack of communication. I had to constantly chase for updates, and the "straightforward" experience they advertise was nowhere to be found.
If you value safety, technical competence, and clear communication, I would suggest looking elsewhere. A luxury badge on the building should mean luxury standards in the shop and at the desk, and Serra failed on both counts.

Great experience at Serra Lexus! Noel was our client advisor, who was amazing right from the beginning. Noel was easy to talk from the initial phone call, and Noel made sure that the car I wanted would not get taken even when I wasn’t able to come until few days after our phone call! At the dealership, Noel was very kind and made sure we were attended to right from the beginning. Noel had the car ready right up front to test drive. Justin, financial advisor, kept it real with all the costs and provided great recommendations on what coverage I should get for the Lexus. Highly recommend people come here if you are looking for Lexus!

I worked with a wonderful sales team, my client advisor, Spencer Hart and his manager, Mike Rogers. They were both incredibly professional and easy to talk to. I really appreciated their communication, transparency and the respectful way they handled the negotiation.
