  My salesperson, Ke’Arrah, was great. She took her time and listened to what I was looking for and gave me all the options. The problems came on the day I took possession of the vehicle. It had lights on the dash. I asked that those be taken care of before I officially purchased the vehicle. Nothing was done. I was told they are not a dealer for that brand of vehicle. I’ve asked how this can be resolved multiple times with very little to no response. I had to take it in right away to get an oil change and now there’s a loud noise. Of course none of this was taken care of and when I asked to have it looked at, they tell me to take it somewhere else and send a receipt. They easily could have resolved this before I picked the vehicle up easily. I do not recommend this dealership.

  Spencer is literally the man. While we have never had the pleasure of meeting in person, this guy in on it. We transacted a deal, completely via text (I was in meetings all day), with me taking delivery, yes that is right delivery, of the car the same day and them picking up my trade. He was COMPLETELY reasonable, heard my needs and requirements, was lickity split in responses and organizing everything, and honestly gave me a bit of faith back in car salespeople. He followed through on every request, and continues to do so. I am in Ann Arbor, and I intentionally walked away from a deal at the Lexus dealership here, because it didn't seem they wanted my business, but Spencer did and he showed up and showed out. I literally will be only working with this Lexus dealership for any new vehicle purchases, and with Spencer specifically. You don't know me, but I promise my praise is not given lightly, especially in the automotive industry. Spencer killed it and I am happy fate brought us together. Also, my new Lexus RX 500 Fsport is GORGEOUS and a fast little mama.

  Matt Tenfelde was extremely courteous and professional. This extended to the rest of the staff and the vehicle is in prime condition. The shop must take pride in ensuring the vehicles are well tuned as I know my RX was a good 12-18 months and 10k miles overdue for maintenance before Serra aquired her and she drives like new. There were no surprises with the vehicle or the sales process and I feel like I got a great deal on the best used RX on the market. And I should know— I’d been looking desperately all over MI-IN-IL for three months! This was the type of experience we all hope for but is increasingly rare. I could not be happier. Thanks again Matt and Co.!

  Cory and the whole staff were amazing. Everyone treated us with respect and made us feel like family. Honestly, we went to seven different dealerships, and everywhere else they treated us like just another sale. Cory and the staff treated us like family and took the time to figure out which vehicle would be the best fit for us and our family. Cory went above and beyond with his customer service, respect, and the time he spent with us.

  The deal we made on the Lexus RX350 was decent. We then waited over an hour while they process everything with no explanation of what they were doing. They explain that they were doing a service check on the car. They sent us home and the vehicle ran fine but when we got home, we noticed there was no antifreeze in the overflow tank. They had informed us they were ordering a cap for an overflow tank, but did not mention which one. The next business day, I called to find out what was checked on the vehicle and whether they had actually ordered the cap. After three calls from throughout the day return phone call. Not the kind of service I would expect from a high end dealer.
