  Terrible experience. Prior to purchasing a used vehicle, I was told it was being inspected for resale. I purchased the vehicle and within a week the tires were losing air. I returned to the dealership 6 weeks later and was given a $7,300 list of things that needed to be replaced. They did replace one tire and the front brakes at no cost. It still left a bill of almost $6,000. Either the sales department is deceitful or the service department. Either way buy a car elsewhere. My experience with Sam in the sales department was terrible!! Sadly he was a manager

  r. Walker is patient and always willing to take a pause and answer my question. I like the fact that he doesn't push or rush during my visit and willing to provide more options of different cars. When I ask for a few quotes on different vehicles he is also happy to do so. Overall communication is smooth, responsive, and pretty clear. I will recommend Mr. Walker to new buyers.

  Regarding my experience with Greyson Bell at Mercedes Benz Lansing, Michigan. Absolutely—the best service! The entire experience was exceptional. Everyone was attentive, communicated clearly, and made me feel like I received extra-special care during a very unfortunate situation with my car. They kept me informed every step of the way, explained what was happening and what the next steps would be, and even arranged transportation for me to pick up my rental car. They went above and beyond by helping me clean out my car as well. I truly appreciate the kindness, professionalism, and personal attention I received. **Absolutely the best service!**

  Through my own fault, I completely drained my car battery, so I called the Service Department where I get my regular maintenance. Michael is always helpful. Over the phone, he walked me through how to jumpstart a completely dead battery (couldn't even open the hood to get to the battery terminals). When I brought it in to get the battery checked out and clear the service codes, he was able to accommodate my same day request, checked everything over and I was in and out in less than an hour.

  Unethical and illegal practices. Avoid at all cost. I purchased a used vehicle from them, in cash, on April 13, 2026. Today is September 22, 2026—over five months later—and I still do not have the title. Because it is not registered to me, the State of Michigan does not legally consider it my vehicle. This, in and of itself, is illegal. Pursuant to Michigan law MCL 257.217, dealerships are required to provide the title within 21 days of purchase. To make matters worse, they sold me a vehicle with an odometer reading that did not match what was reported to the State. They brushed this off as a "simple typo," but they have repeatedly failed to divulge the originally reported mileage versus what was actually on the car they sold me. For months, the dealership has given me the runaround: When I couldn't renew my license plate tabs, Serra blamed a "State of Michigan backlog" in processing the title paperwork. They instructed me to come to their office to renew the plates while the state finalized things. On July 8th, they called me back to sign more paperwork. When I arrived, they admitted the state wasn't backlogged after all. Rather, documents had simply been "sitting on someone's desk" and were never sent in. In early September, the car (which I bought for my daughter at college) was towed for a parking violation. We had to fight with campus police just to get the vehicle released because it still wasn't legally registered in my name. Most recently, on September 16, 2026, Serra called me again telling me I needed to come in to sign even more papers because their unresolved odometer error is actively preventing the title transfer. After five months of lies and incompetence, I consulted an attorney who advised us to stop driving the car immediately. If we were to get into an accident in a vehicle we do not legally own, it opens the door to severe legal and liability issues. Per my attorney's advice, I am now demanding a complete refund and termination of the contract due to their failure to transfer the title within 21 days as outlined under Michigan Law MCL 257.217. I have officially reported this dealership's unlawful practices to the Michigan Department of Attorney General, the Federal Trade Commission, the Better Business Bureau, and Consumer Affairs. Save yourself the legal headache and take your business elsewhere.
