  It was very easy to set up an appt. on their website. Tyler called to let me know when he would be there and when he was done, very nice on phone and he did a great job! Came right to my work and did it.

  The service provided was quick and great. My technician Tyler was knowledgeable, and finished the installation in under 60 minutes. The icing on the cake is they were able to do the replacement at my place of work, which made it incredibly convenient for me.

  Booking was easy and I was able to get scheduled for the next day. The booking flow lets you provide all the information you need up front, which really makes the process smooth. Christen, the technician was great! He texted me when he arrived (right on time), explained what he was going to do, got the job done quickly and gave me a summation of the service when he finished. Overall easy process and great result!

  Safelite out of Okemos did a great job & came to my home for windshield replacement after a passing jeep accidently threw a rock & it squarely hit my windshield. I had a $100 deductible through my vehicle insurance. Prices have increased so tremendously since I last had a windshield replaced many many yrs ago. But, with a newer vehicle like my 2023 Ford Escape Active, the windshields are also more techy now days & had to be re-calibrated after install. The last time I had a windshield replacement was just a normal old windshield. I appreciate going through my insurance company because I wouldn't have been able to afford it otherwise. Fast, friendly, professional service. Thanks Alex!

  Scheduled to get windshield replaced in Tesla, but a warning came up before bringing it in saying that the 12V battery needed to be replaced. I know they have to do a recalibration, so I wanted to find out if that warning meant I needed to cancel my appointment. I went online with their "AI" chat (actually is "AS" = artificial stupidity) and it gave me a total non-answer saying, "If your Tesla's 12v battery needs service, it might affect your ability to complete glass replacement." Duh! That's what I'm trying to find out. So I called the Safelite phone number. After going through several prompts, one of which said there was an option to speak to a person, I got another non-answer and then it hung up with no option to speak to a real person. So I finally drove the 20 minutes to the shop to have them tell us they "thought" they could still do it. Safelite - please provide a means to actually speak to a person for those cases where your AS falls short. Next time I'll take it directly to the Tesla dealer and not mess with Safelite. They also put in non-OEM glass. Found out after it was complete that Tesla has a windshield warranty program for $192 per year. AAA charges us $340 per year. But Tesla won't warranty it now because it has non-OEM glass.
