  I will never use Safelite ever again. The technician caused more damage than he corrected. He communicated with me that he nicked the regulator wire when sliding the new window in and now the window will not stay closed or go up and down. He communicated with me that Safelite owes me a new regulator and assured me they would make it right. When the office manager called me she told me they do not cover this and they would file a claim with my insurance company. When I received my receipt there were zero notes regarding the damage. I called my insurance company to check on the claim and they informed me the technician said I was having troubles with the regulator prior to service. This is untrue. In fact I have the conversation on my doorbell camera. Now i am dealing directly with my insurance company because they have decided this is not just a glass claim. I am very frustrated and will never use safefile for any future services.

  Okemos Safelight location is easy to get to and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Dropped my vehicle for the appointment and it was ready in less time than expected. Technician called to say it was finished and left detailed instructions on after care for success of the windshield chip repair. My insurance was accepted and I had no out-of-pocket expense.

  Arrived when stated, possible 3 hour job took 1 1/2 hours, technician new what he was doing, technician answered all my questions, just a great experience. I'd definitely use Safelite again.

  They contacted me the morning of, gave me a time, was there, they were fast and friendly. Called to let me know it was done. Great team!
