- ARAnmar Razaktoday5.0Exceptional staff and service. I have been servicing my cars with them for over 10 years.
- DBDerrick BynumOct 5, 20265.0What an amazing experience with Ke’Arrah P. She was very professional and knowledgeable and her customer service skills were off the charts! She closed the deal!!
- BHBianca HaikalOct 1, 20265.0Excellent!!! ★★★★★ Excellent experience from start to finish! The team was attentive, transparent, and always checked with me before moving forward. No work was done or charges added without my approval, which gave me peace of mind. Sam was especially helpful and took the time to explain everything. They also provided photos of the issues with my car so I could understand what needed attention, and a loaner car was available while mine was being serviced. I felt informed and well taken care of throughout the entire process. Wonderful service. I highly recommend them!
- MHMerrick HurlbuttSep 25, 20265.0Everything went well the only thing I would comment on is maybe the detail guys could work on doing a better job on the inside of the windshield. It was ridiculously smeared… I realize most of your customers wouldn’t even notice. But that’s a little thing that just shouldn’t happen.
- MLMAZ LogisticsSep 16, 20261.0Very disappointed with our experience here. We brought our 2018 Mercedes-Benz GLS 63 AMG in this morning because of a battery issue, and we were quoted around $850 for the battery/service. That price was shocking to us, especially considering comparable replacement batteries can be purchased for significantly less. I understand dealerships and service centers charge for labor, diagnostics, programming, and other services, but $850 for a battery-related replacement still seems extremely excessive. After this experience, we will not be bringing our vehicle back here again. I strongly recommend getting a detailed breakdown of the charges and comparing prices before approving any work.
