- JMJ MartinJul 15, 20261.02nd time now I reserved a car 2 days in advance, only to be called later in the day to tell me they didn’t have and won’t have a car for me( in any size or style), do not be fooled by the 517 number, you call a call center not the actual office on Grand River and they will just rent you a car and let the office deal with having to call you to inform you there is nothing available even though you just booked one. If it is important to have a car, 100% avoid this Enterprise.

The guys there are super friendly, super efficient, no nonsense. Just in and out in no time. No hidden fee no nothing, just plain awesome customer service. I ran into an accident, car gotta go to the shop. The guys called me in advance to ask if I need a rental. When I got to use their service, the car I wanted was not available so they gave me an upgrade with no extra charge to honor the original deal. When in time to return, they again called to let me know about the timeline so I wouldn’t return late. I rented two nissan there and both were in excellent condition and very clean when I picked them up. I really really enjoy my experience and highly recommend this location to anyone.
