  This was a disappointment. I made an appointment to replace my brake pads That was made clear when I made the appointment. Yet when I arrived, they didn't have the parts because the only thing entered into the computer was that I had a brake light on. I had a coupon for 10% off the service which expired the next day. However, the service rep said they'd honor it for the following week when the parts came in. Parts arrived on Wednesday, I made an appointment for Friday. To my surprise, they also replaced the rotors, though nobody told me in advance. Then the same Customer service rep didn't keep his word and failed to honor the coupon costing me $110. They have a nice, fancy new building, but their service procedures are not to the standard I expect from BMW.

  I bought a certified pre-owned from out of state and my experience couldn't have been better. Alex Mackoul helped me get the i's dotted and t's crossed before I came out to pick it up. When my flight landed Alex was there to drive me to the dealership. A short time later all of the paperwork was signed and I was driving off in my new-to-me 540i! Highly recommended!
