I made an appointment a few hours before, and it got looked at immediately when I arrived. It turned out I needed all new tires due to low tread and them being unbalanced, but Ben was awesome and not only gave me a rebate, but also gave me nicer tires for the same price since I had just bought the car a couple months ago. He asked questions about my weekend as well, which was very nice, and the car had all 4 new tires on it within a couple hours, even though that wasn't the original plan. I could not have asked for a better experience--especially since I had to do something I didn't expect initially!

Called them on the afternoon of March 9th because one of my rear tires gets deflating despite numerous attempts to put air on it. Miss T answered the call and told me to come the following day around 8:30am. Got there before said time on March 10, Calvin took my keys. Fast forward an hour and a half later, he returned my keys, showed me the screw that punctured my tire and handed me invoice saying everything was free. Thank you so much for the awesome service! 👍⭐️
