  Went in two weeks ago with a flat tire. They where able to patch it same day and didn't charge me a thing. Staff was incredibly helpful and polite.

  Wife and kids went into Belle Tire to patch a small leak in a tire and to rotate the tires. She then came back with a shocking two page estimate for ~$6,000. I was born into a family of mechanics and auto body techs, so I have been working on cars since I was very young—put it on the same way you take it off. Here is a current breakdown of the difference in quoted parts prices. Now, I have been buying parts from AutoZone so far: All 4 sets of brake pads are Duralast Gold; all 4 rotors are Duralast Gold; the rear shocks are KYB Excel-G. The estimate listed aftermarket parts and my parts were comparable. Some of these items needed to be replaced, I’ll respect that. The price difference, however, is something I cannot respect. I’ll let the table speak for itself. I have also added a photo of the rear brake pads that you told my wife needed to be replaced as part of a ~$506 rear brake job. Seems to me these rear brake pads have a substantial amount of life left.

  My tire had a puncture so I stopped by Belle Tire on Grand River in Okemos (which is adjacent to the Meijer parking lot and not easy to see from the road). They said they could fix it for me in about an hour, and so they did. And there was no charge. Thank you Belle Tire Okemos!

  Daughter went to fix tire ,when I was out of town .was told the tire was too far gone ( cracked rubber). After inspection took it to a local shop they took an inch screw out plugged it Tech said there was abou t 10000 miles left on tire. ( rubber in great shape ) If you don’t want to do repairs and just sell tires say so.

  I was in town for my son's basketball camp before heading to Ohio for a baseball tournament when I got a nail in my tire. I went in for an appointment to have the tire plugged but was told it was too close to the side wall so I would need a new tire. The tire needed to be ordered from Grand Rapids and wouldn't be in until late afternoon so I would be looking at the next day to get it put on. I let them know that as soon as my son is done with basketball camp, we head to Ohio to play baseball early Friday morning. Knowing my situation, they suggested maybe calling a couple other places to see if they had the tire in stock...neither place had it. Ben ended up ordering the tire & crossed my fingers that it would come & they could get it on that day. Ben called me much earlier than expected that the tire was in from Grand Rapids and they could put it on when I got there. The guys were all friendly, kind and went above and beyond to get this out of towner taken care of. I would definitely recommend this location of Belle Tire to anyone.
