  I brought my 2012 Dodge Charger R/T in due to severe shaking and a loud front-end noise. I clearly stated that the noise was my main concern. I was recommended front suspension repairs (control arms, ball joints, stabilizer components) and paid $1,320. I even provided the control arms myself. While the car drives somewhat better, the original loud noise is still there with no improvement. I was told it could be a rack and pinion issue, but it was never clearly explained that the recommended repairs might not fix my main concern. I would not have spent this amount had I known that. I was also charged for an ACC calibration, even though my vehicle does not have adaptive cruise control. When I questioned this, I was told every car needs it after control arm work, which doesn’t seem accurate for my vehicle. When I returned, the mechanic couldn’t identify the noise. After keeping my car for hours without communication, I was told I was missing a plastic underbody piece. I replaced it, but the noise is still present. Overall, I’m disappointed. I trusted their diagnosis and feel like my main concern was not addressed. While some work was completed, I do not feel confident in the accuracy of the repairs or the charges. I’ve attached my estimate so others can review the charges for themselves. I cannot recommend this shop based on my experience.

  I had been calling around all day to try and find a used tire locally in my size with no luck. Found Quality Tire on a Google search and they had a tire in my size and swapped it out for me even though it was only 10 minutes before close when I got there. Derek was super helpful, kind, and got the job done quickly. Highly recommend!!
