  I want to recognize T. Austin for consistently providing outstanding customer service. He greeted me and every other customer that came in behind me. He showed great customer service, professionalism, kindness and respect. Austin also created a welcoming and positive experience while assisting me. He actively listened not only to my needs but also to other customers needs as well. Austin also displayed awesome leadership skills while assisting me and also helping his fellow co workers. For a lady that doesn’t know car parts Austin made my part buying process a good one! Thank You T. Austin, more people like you are needed in this world!

  if a negative star review was possible I would put negative 100. I work at a repair shop and do a lot of purchasing from autozone. Every time my service advisor gets off the phone he is so upset with how poor the customer service is and how rude the person is on the other line. I am in a panic and order a caliper that says in stock ready for pickup. I drive there, the lady looks at me like im crazy (denise). I then give her the vin for the car and tell her what I need since there is 1 in stock. She was extremely rude and not helpful. I will never have my shop or company purchase anything from autozone ever again. It was clearly an inconvenience to Denise to supply a customer with a part that was in stock.

  Went in the store early morning and they are blasting radio, can barely hear anything, the manager acting tough and rude, I was like I’m going to leave before she beat me up. My kid had a job interview lined up I told him not to go because as rude as she is to customers, I’m sure she thinks running ish and all bets are off when it come to my kids.

  Went into AutoZone to return 1 quart of oil that wasn’t open that my son purchased the 28 of June and when I say it was horrible to the manger telling me I’m a horrible customer because I said why am I wait so long for a refund. The autozone worker open the oil and broke the cap . I will never spend a penny again in the location. For a MANAGER to speak to a paying customer is very unprofessional and unacceptable….. HORRIBLE Management!!! Hate the fact it makes you leave a star thats isn’t deserved!!!

  I had an excellent experience at AutoZone. Before I even made it fully through the door, both employees greeted me and made me feel welcome. That level of customer service immediately stood out to me. I came in looking for a horn, but I had accidentally entered the wrong vehicle information online. Instead of just telling me the part wouldn't work, the employees took the time to look everything up, find the part I originally selected, and then identify the correct horn for my vehicle. They were knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely wanted to make sure I left with the right part. It's refreshing to see employees who go the extra mile to help customers rather than rushing them through. Their professionalism and willingness to help turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a smooth and easy experience. Great customer service and a great team... I would definitely return for future automotive needs.
