  I had an excellent experience at the Valvoline Instant Oil Change on Novi Road in Novi. Corey and Rob were outstanding! They were friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything they were doing without ever making me feel pressured into buying extra services. The whole process was quick, organized, and efficient. They checked everything thoroughly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood what my vehicle needed now versus what could wait. It’s refreshing to find a team that’s honest, knowledgeable, and focused on great customer service. If you’re looking for a place that treats you with respect and makes car maintenance easy, I highly recommend stopping by and asking for Corey and Rob. They made what is usually a chore a genuinely positive experience. I’ll definitely be back!

  Even on a horribly hot day every employee gave us amazing service. Kind, patient, willing to go above and beyond. The manager Nick was especially helpful. My family won’t be having service done anywhere but here.

  Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience today. I’ve been coming to this location since I moved to Michigan about 2 to 3 years ago. I had my trans fluid flushed as recommended and ever since then it’s been issues ,when they changed it the first time the two techs were arguing with each other and they didn’t put the right amount of fluid back in there. I discovered that once I got home a couple days later brought it back and they discovered it was a quart and a half lower than it should’ve been. They were nice enough to top it off for me and now I’m having a similar issue so I went back just for them to check the fluid for me and they seem extremely careless about my situation , but also they didn’t even help me because they said the transmission fluid they couldn’t check it for me which obviously isn’t true because one they do have the Universal dipstick. but also they claimed that they couldn’t get the cap off to fill the trans fluid, which is all I was asking for which that’s complete nonsense cause I got it home and took it off myself and on top of that they checked it for me the time before , this location has definitely gone downhill and I will not be bringing my truck here doing stuff like this can ruin peoples livelihoods.
