When I pulled up they asked questions right away to diagnose what was wrong. Even with their power going out in the middle of fixing all my car’s ailments, they got me back running on the road faster than I thought. Thank you to this team!
- AEAaron ElamApr 26, 20265.0If I could give them 10 stars I would!! I stopped in today to have my oil changed and my tires rotated. By the time I left I was having a transmission service done, my air filter replaced, and my cabin air filter replaced. When I arrived I was greeted by DJ (Assistant Store Manager) and Derek who I found out was in training. After getting all of my services set up DJ informed me that him and Derek were the only two there and that Derek was still in training. I have worked in customer service for many, many years and I know good customer service when I see it, what I experienced this morning with DJ and Derek was not good customer service, it was FANTASTIC customer service. Both of them were nothing but professional and took their time to ensure that everything was done correctly and in a very efficient manner.

- SMScot McconkeyApr 11, 20263.0Oil change was fine…maybe Saturday mornings are tough on the crew. They let me know that I should get differential fluids and transmission fluids changed. The truck has 60k miles (and used for towing) and transmission and differential fluids haven’t been changed. I told them to go ahead and do transmission (was also going to ask for differential) and they told me they didn’t have access so they couldn’t do it?!? I didn’t bother with differential at that point. Why tell me it is a service that needs to be done, give me a price and then tell me they can’t do it? I also had to ask them to fill tires AFTER they started to direct me out of bay…not a huge deal but attention to detail? What else did they miss?
