He was very detail oriented, gave me lots of useful information surrounding my car, and offered to help with multiple issues the car was experiencing that I was oblivious to. He cared a great deal, about the vehicle and the customer. Give this man a raise!

I told them I did not want my engine filter changed and they did it anyway and charged me which luckily I caught and had them remove and take off the charge. Today I waited an hour, only to have them pull in someone who arrived after me. Every other Valvoline, I’ve been to manages the order of cars. Not this one.
