  Unfortunately NO ONE ANSWERES THE PHONE. I am not sure how they stay in business when no one answeres the phone. people who need a rental car unfortunately need to talk to someone for picking up a car and dropping off.. Service [ If you manage to get into the office] is very friendly.

  We received a vehicle from Enterprise after my wifes car went into the shop. It was a very nice Jeep Grand Cherokee, loaded and in like new condition. We received the vehicle clean and with a full tank of gas.

  I had a wonderful experience renting with the Novi location. A week long road trip with a family of 8. The Grand Wagoneer was perfect. Both the pickup and return experience were seamless and fast!!

  Josh Kraft wasn’t 5/5, he did his job 10/5. We didn’t get the car the we were supposed to get in the first place, and other guy wasn’t so nice, but Josh made sure to provide the best customer service possible. We’ll be back next time when we need a car

  Extremely disappointed and frustrated with the Novi Enterprise location. I had a confirmed reservation through Costco Travel for a Premium SUV (Grand Wagoneer / Expedition or equivalent) for pickup Friday, June 5 at 8:00 AM. I called the store around 5:45 PM the night before to confirm details and was told by an employee named “Josh K” (who refused to give his last name) that they would not have the vehicle I reserved. He casually mentioned they would have only notified me the next morning when the store opened — right at my pickup time. This would have completely stranded my family on departure day for a planned trip to Chicago. My wife, two young daughters in car seats, sister-in-law who flew in from Texas with her 1-year-old, plus tons of luggage, strollers, and baby gear all needed the large SUV. Because of this location’s failure (and others in the chain), we ended up with two vehicles instead of one, doubling costs and ruining the family experience. The Costco Travel system showed the car as available at this location, yet they had no intention of fulfilling it and provided zero proactive communication. Terrible service and very poor communication. I will not be renting from this location again and strongly recommend others avoid it.
