Very poor customer service. This autozone is a joke. All new kids in there and none of them know what they are doing. Every time I go to autozone I have to make multiple trips back and forth to the store because nobody knows anything about cars but they work at an auto place. That is the worse auto zone of them all!! Close it down please because the customers are suffering. I order parts yesterday and the guy said “yes they are for sure the right parts”.. today I’ve been to multiple different auto zones because the parts were in fact the wrong ones and they called the auto zone on Apple to verify the part but they were wrong when I got there as well. This company is turning into a pure joke. Auto zone use to be the neighborhood auto appliance store now it’s just a hang out spot. Close the store or get people who know what they are doing!!! I had to get a refund after 3-4 hours dealing with them on the parts being wrong, and take my money right down the street to O’reillys auto. They always save the day!!

Andy was excellent there was a long line and I was stressed out and he was there to help me and he took care of my concerns. He was very patient with everybody that was in line making eye contact carrying my car parts out to my car and I think he deserves a big raise. Thank you, Andy.

Went in for a simple fuse...the guy behind the counter was too busy listening to music to hear my request, then pointed down an aisle vaguely. Thousands of fuses on the shelf....I had no clue... and dude was too busy playing on his phone to be bothered. So I left.
