    Went to Tuffy for the first time and they were amazing! The entire staff that I met with were great, and Matt was especially helpful! They helped me get everything sorted out so efficiently and effectively, I would definitely recommend

    Sam was extremely helpful got me in got me out and all in all took a lot if stress off from my family and trust these guys completely also bell tire sucks they said I needed to get a new tire Tuffy got it done

    I am so pleased to find this great place to have my car serviced. The guys that work there are very helpful. I am only 1 mile from this business and they also have a shuttle service. Wow!

    They did a repair after Analysis. However, the parts that they replaced did not help the problem with the car, in essence had made it worse, now I’m having to put a new motor into the car after spending $900 on a repair that didn’t change anything, very disappointed. At this point I could not recommend this service from Tuffy auto repair in Northville Michigan. My feelings are, they should had a second opinion from the Franchise owner before they attempted to fix something on my car. The repair was not a repair, it did not change anything. they replaced Parts, however didn’t change anything. It made it worse. I sent an email to the FRANCHISE OWNER LETTING HIM KNOW OF MY DISAPPOINTMENT WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED IT WAS NOT COPACETIC. I would expect them to refund my Money. But don’t hold your breath because in today’s marketplace, Auto repair centres are cutting corners and making what I would consider some type of fraudulent activity in order to replace Parts that didn’t fix the problem.
