  Outstanding service by branch manager Larenz Hill. He had the car ready when I arrived even though he was all by himself and very busy as it was before the July 4th long weekend. His professionalism, responsiveness, and outstanding customer service truly stood out.

  I had an excellent experience with Lorenz at Enterprise in Northville. He was professional, friendly, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. He personally followed up after my rental, made sure the vehicle was inspected, and promptly processed my refund. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. Customer service like this is hard to find. Thank you, Lorenz, for going above and beyond—I truly appreciate your help and would definitely rent from Enterprise Northville again!

  We had a bad situation: while on vacation, our minivan's engine overheated and was done for. To get the family home, we rented a minivan through Costco. Unfortunately, the system has issues, and more minivans were rented than this location had available -- totally not the location's fault. Larenz Hill, the manager, called me after hours to let me know about the problem. He kindly recommended other locations and explained that they could transfer our reservation. Due to high use around a holiday, I couldn't find a minivan anywhere between Ann Arbor and the Detroit airport. Larenz then provided the best substitute he could, an intermediate SUV. We had earlier rented a car in Ann Arbor when our minivan died. Rather than our having to take it back to that location (30+ minutes out of our way), Larenz helped us return it at his location. He really did great work to salvage a tough situation! While in the office, I noticed him providing the same level of service and care for other customers. He's amazing! Enterprise has a real rockstar employee here.

  Excellent service and respectful and also a big help I was in and out of there with a upgrade vehicle and the office smells amazing and the guy at the desk the best and so helpful
