  I have been going to Northville location every weekend four times a month For the last few years to rent a car. My life was hell till a few months ago a new manager, Lorenz took over. He is professionalism personified. he is the sweetest, kindest, gentle soul who makes it all look seamlessly easy even though he’s tackling 10 things at once. He reassures everybody’s comfortable. He assures they’re taken care of even if he’s not directly taking care of them at the moment , he lets them know that he will be with them shortly. Always has a smile on his face, Always is very polite, Does things intuitively even before you even ask him. Keep Reservations ready weekly on the dot , upgrades on the regular , accommodates every time, basically best manager overall I have seen in my 50 years of life as a professional Physician who travels a lot and uses rental car services where usually no one gives a damn. Thank you Lorenz. U r a one man show!!!!

  The rental was dirty with pet hair all over. It was a minivan and the seats were up but I folded them it was extremely disgusting and smelled terrible. Dog hair all over. It was too late to return it.

  I had an incredible experience renting a car from Enterprise at their Northville Michigan branch. From the moment I walked up to the counter, Larenz Hill Branch Manager, made the entire process seamless and stress-free. He was very professional, welcoming, and efficient, taking the time to explain all of my options clearly and answering every question with a smile. Upon returning the luxurious 2026 Genesis G70 with less then 10K miles, Larenz welcomed me back and remembered my reason for renting and he made feel special. If I rent again, I’ll be calling Larenz. Thank You!
