  It isn’t a difficult task to physically get a vehicle up in the air, regardless of mounting points. They own a jack and stands. They’re other points of contact points that my husbands vehicle can be lifted up onto. Because they take pride in following procedures rather than customer care. My vehicle was left without safe tires, my purchase of $900 was refunded and I was left without no resolution. Thank you Belle Tire. For being useless

  Horrible service, if you use a fleet account stay far away from this location your vehicle will sit for hours even for a quick inspection.

  This place has enough one star ratings to convince any of you to just stay away. There are two sides to every story. Just trust me all those reviews are accurate to the experience that my wife had with tires and tpms sensors. Don’t get over charged just go to one of the other tire stores walking distance from this place. That’s Karma for them if you do :-) UPDATE: They also did not put the wheel lock key back in the glove box where it was kept. I think they thought my wife would go for the $400.00 charge to replace the TPMS sensors when only one was bad when we took it in, when she declined they kept it and told us to leave the store and never come back.. No problem I got them off and the final repair is being done at a honest tire store with in walking distance. Just another 1 star for them from us (stay away from belle tire) they could have called and said they have it if they cared about there customers. I love the company responce they are all the same. they don't care about you. Have a great day, use this review if you care to. 2ND UPDATE: The good tire store within walking distance that put the new TPMS sensors in showed me the four old one that were the original sensors that were in my wives one owner car with the original factory tires. they removed all of the sensor parts from the valve stem and gave my wife the car back. This turned out to be almost criminal what they did. Please listen and take your tire and repair issues to somebody else. The people of Northville deserve better than this and I assume if they live in this community they have higher than normal IQ's. Trust me this is the honest to goodness true storiey of my wives experience. I hope you agree this is pretty bad business

  Came in for an oil change and they estimated the wait time of an hour to an hour and a half. I waited over two hours before I started asking about how much longer and was told it was an estimate and that I could take my keys back to take it somewhere else because they did not want to be wrong again. It has been over 2.5 hours and they have not started working on my car yet.
