    I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding a recent service experience at one of your Belle Tire locations involving my $150,000 high performance vehicle. I brought my vehicle in for the installation of four new tires, a service totaling approximately $2,000. Prior to the work being performed, I specifically instructed the sales representative that one of the tires was completely flat and that air needed to be added before the vehicle was moved in order to avoid damaging the wheel rim. Given the value and performance nature of the vehicle, I wanted to ensure the proper precautions were taken during handling. Unfortunately, that instruction was either ignored or never properly communicated to the technician performing the work. After the service was completed, I discovered that one of the rims had been severely bent during the handling of the vehicle. This particular rim is a factory wheel with a replacement value of approximately $2,000. When I raised the concern with the staff, I received conflicting explanations. The technician stated he had never been informed about the flat tire or the need to add air prior to moving the vehicle. However, when I contacted the sales representative directly, he confirmed that he had in fact communicated that information internally. What concerns me most is not only the damage itself, but also the lack of accountability and professionalism shown afterward. Rather than taking ownership of the situation, I felt that the issue was minimized and that attempts were made to suggest the damage may have existed beforehand. Fortunately, I recently had the vehicle inspected at Audi just days prior to this appointment, and I possess documentation from that inspection. Had the wheel been bent at that time, it would have unquestionably been identified and documented during their inspection process. I entrusted Belle Tire with a vehicle that is extremely valuable to me, and I expected a level of care and professionalism consistent with the premium pricing charged for the service. Instead, I am now left dealing with significant damage that was entirely preventable.

    This store likes to give fake estimates for work that doesn't need to be performed and the Manager, Nick promotes it. After this location telling me my car was pretty much undrivabale and giving me an estimate to replace nearly ever part of my suspension just to do an alignment with an estimate of $2,100 I took the exact same vehicle with nothing done to it to another Belle Tire location and put it under a different phone number in order for it to be an unbiased diagnosis. After about an hour of waiting the other location brought me my keys and said you are all good. They showed me the alignment sheet before and after. No issue at all. I asked the other location if anything was broken or needed to be replaced and their answer was, no everything looks nice and tight under there. After that I showed them the estimate from New Hudson and they said, those guys are out of their mind and advised me to report them to corporate. Corporate unfortunately doesnt seem to care. I highly recommend avoiding this trash store. Nick the "manager" is a complete fraud.
