  Ever since they replaced my cracked windshield on my 2016 ford fusion a couple months ago. it now constantly has tapping noise( like someone with long nails tapping on the glass)when driving that was never a thing before, when I hit a bump it sounds like it moves and is going to break at every big bump, i also notice an air draft sound that i can't pinpoint which also was not a problem prior to their service. Ive tried to reach out to them and i still have no response or solution. They are quick to take your money and do quick but a poor job, then ignore you after you have an issue. From my experience I wouldn't recommend using safelite for any of their services, find a local shop they will be cheaper and easier to communicate with.

  Super satisfied with my windshield! Damien was super sweet and quick with the service! He was helpful and answered the questions I had in detail! I also loved he gave a call saying he was on his way with an estimate arrival.

  It doesn't get any easier than making one phone call and having them come to your house to perform the service. Very friendly, very professional, very informative.

  I have been to the Safelite on 23 Mile in Chesterfield a few times. They are always quick and reliable. I’ve had 2 windshields, a couple repairs and a back window replaced. Each and every experience was great. They are friendly and keep you informed every step of their process.
