  rock chip, not 1/8 of an inch in diameter....the safelite 800 operator quoted me at $75, technician gets here and says its $174. And i thought $75 was high....no they want to milk your insurance company. i had read where Safelites cost were crazy high....well, no shit. Safelite, we wont do business again. Local place just quoted me $45, bring it in now....screw Safelite.

  The process for fill and submit my service was easy my appointment day they keep me updated the service guy call me to confirm my service location and give him instructions where my car ( because I put the location to do the repair at work they just ask you to have you car unlock with the key inside and away from cars ) super convenient that way you don’t lost time driving you car though the location and wait for it and all that, that’s why I recommend Safelite !!!

  Fast and easy to work with. The Manager, Tom Farley, is a stand up guy with great customer service. Definitely will be back with future auto glass issues.

  Was suppose to get windshield replace at my house. Weather was rainy, Zack called and offered to reschedule or wait to see if rain stopped or bring into shop. Set me up for in the shop. Was in and out before time was scheduled for at home. He kept me informed thru out.
