- KKKen KuchenmeisterMar 24, 20265.0I Took my truck in to have the transmission checked out, Rob was very helpful diagnosing the issue, Rob felt that my truck should have the transmission flushed and cleaned up because of the mileage it had, I had it done, I feel that the price was more than fair when I compared it with other establishments that do the same work, the truck is running like new, and I couldn't be happier, I will definitely be going back to Rob, if I ever have mechanical issues.
- JMJennifer MitchellFeb 21, 20261.0Took my daughters 2017 Escape in the morning for o2 sensor light on. They were going to fix and the quote was on the high side but we still agreed. Called us at the end of the day saying couldn’t get to it and had to leave over night. Called us end of next day and told us they broke the windshield! and were replacing it for free but had to leave the car another night. Got the car back the next evening. After more than 24 hours of it sitting in the garage and then driving it first time, the windshield cracked. Not only that…crackling sounds could be heard. So scary to drive. Called them and they told us to take to 19 & VanDyke to the company they had do the windshield. Why do I have to go out of my way for the issue you caused?? Had to take the car all the way there on a Saturday and was told they saw a chip and wasn’t going to be under warranty and we had to pay to replace the windshield. BS! The car was on the road for literally 10 minutes. Gordies has created a huge hassle for us by their negligence and they have not made this right. Also when you call it is impossible to leave a voicemail. Never again with this place!!!
