  They definitely did great for me made sure everything for my car was ready for winter and showed me when everything was low. The fixed what the other location didn’t do which they should have done in the first place then I wouldn’t have had this issue or had to fix all of the stuff they took care of. So grateful for the team on Sherman. Definitely going back to that location from now on.

  I've been a customer here since they've opened. They always offer solid and helpful advice and you're in and out quickly. You get a free wash after the oil change too. A++.

  I have never written a negative review EVER, but I feel like my experience at this particular Performance Plus (on Sherman) needs to be shared so other Subaru drivers are aware. I have been a very loyal customer at this location since I got my first car back in 2015, I have always received great service and had no issues with my vehicles after. That all changed when it became Performance Plus. TWO times this location did not put the crush cap/gasket/oil drain plug on my oil pan back correctly causing all of the oil to leak out of my car. I was told that it was because I drive a Subaru and apparently its "hard to tell what size of crush cap" my car gets, which is an odd excuse especially if you are supposed to be the one who knows how to do an oil change that you are charging almost $150.00 for. Luckily the first time it was caught in time and I only need to it half refilled, but this time all of my oil drained out of my vehicle within a day. This most recent time the technician had even brought up the last incident with my car, was aware that this has been an issue before, and told me not to worry this time. When I brought it back in to have them check it (I wanted to see if it was my sensor being weird, it wasn't) I was offered no apologies, no coupons, the manager avoided me, and I was advised by one of their employees to bring my car to a mechanic to make sure it was okay since he could "hear the engine sounding weird". At least they refilled my oil. Thankfully, nothing is wrong with my vehicle but I will unfortunately have to be bringing my business somewhere else, probably somewhere that doesn't use the Make of my car as an excuse, and it will not be a performance plus.

  These guys went above & beyond! They were so polite, attentive, professional & efficient. I happened to mention that I am a traveling nurse & they gave me a discount. It’s definitely nice to be appreciated. I definitely have peace of mind traveling back home from my work assignment knowing these guys took such good & thorough care of my 2004 Honda Element. I highly recommend their services.
