- GGGiØJul 2, 20261.0I would give 0 stars if I could. I made my reservation four days in advance and received a confirmation, so I expected Enterprise to honor it. Instead, they waited until the day before my pickup to call and tell me they couldn’t provide a vehicle. During the call, I was given multiple different explanations that kept changing, which only made the situation more frustrating. Because they canceled at the last minute, I was left scrambling to find another rental. Since it was right before a holiday, rental prices had already skyrocketed, meaning I had to pay significantly more because Enterprise failed to honor my reservation. A reservation should actually mean something. If you can’t guarantee the vehicle, don’t confirm the booking in the first place. Waiting until the last minute to cancel leaves customers with almost no options and creates unnecessary stress and expense. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I won’t be renting from Enterprise again, and I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you need a company you can rely on.
