  I had a really good experience using this rental car service for a vacation to visit my the west coast of Michigan. Jay and Drake were really helpful in facilitating my rental and making sure I got a nice clean luxury vehicle to impress my family. Would recommend to others

  Staff is rude. The customer service they provided is bad. They did not accommodate me. I would not recommend this location in Muskegon, MI.

  I was the first person who arrived at the location at opening, because our car was in the shop and we had no way to get to work. Though I had a confirmed reservation, they informed me there were no cars available for me. They lied and said they had already called and left me a voicemail, which they had not (and couldn't prove to me). Several people came up and were given cars. I was told it was because they had made the reservation before me. I noticed that the way in which I was spoken to was different than the way everyone else was spoken to. The common denominator being that everyone else was male. My theory was proven when an older man came up, upset because there were no cars for him to switch to, and a service provider practically jumped up to attend to him and call around. I waited for about 30 minutes to speak to a manager. All he did was continue to lie and say they had called me. At no point did they offer to assist me in any other way. I asked for the manager's (I believe he is the assistant manager based off of the business cards. No one wears name tags. I see why) supervisor and he told me he couldn't give me his supervisor's information. I get that stuff happens, but lying to your customers to cover your own butt and then dismissing their concerns is not good business practice. I contacted corporate about the issue and am waiting to hear back.

  Enterprise Car Rental in Muskegon MI was excellent. I had a reservation for Saturday morning, They called Thursday to confirm which was nice. I made a mistake and ended up being dropped off at the Airport and not their actual Henry street location. I called them for help, they sent an employee to come a pick me up. They went over and above to help me solve the problem I had made for myself. My car was clean, in great shape and almost new (9k miles). The rental process was quick and easy. Can't recommend them enough.
