- DGDamon GaultneyMay 12, 20261.0I bought new tires in 2024. The first balance and rotation, the tech put my center cap on with an impact and blew the bolt right through it. Custom wheels, they couldnt buy just one replacement so I was stuck with a "we'll give $50 credit" and no cap. Then next time, they only rotated the tires, no balance. There was a noticeable shake after. On that trip in, they mixed up my TPMS sensors so they didn't read the correct corner of the truck. This trip, I showed up at 1:50 for a 2pm appointment for a balance, rotate and replace two failed sensors. It is now just before closing time (6pm) and they are surely tossing my stuff back together to get it out the door. Their excuse is their scanner couldn't read the sensors in the tires. When I suggested letting air out of a tire and watch the dash, they couldn't. They took all four tires off already.

Gave them another chance today and had an appointment for 1230, I left and came back at 115 to my truck still sitting outside not touched, asked about it and they had no idea what was going on. (5 guys standing around doing nothing) 2 hours for tire rotation and balance with an appointment.
