  So I just spent a LOT of money here. And I wanted to shout out the guys here for helping me talk through the process. I just needed two tires, but they pointed out some stuff needing replacing (shocks and the like). They showed me why a sooner replacement was a wise idea, but knowing it multiplied my original bill by 5Xs, they were considerate with the situation. I got the work done, which finished 30 minutes faster than estimated, and it drives soooo much better. I feel the difference. Good folks over at BT

  I took my 2011 Jeep Wrangler in on a Saturday for an alignment. Immediately after leaving, I noticed a terrible shake while driving. Less than 5 miles down the road, I had to stop and inspect the vehicle. I found that one of the wheel studs had snapped, and the other lug nuts on that wheel were loose to the point that they were nearly falling off. I returned Monday to address the issue and was met with confrontation and repeated denial. I was repeatedly told, “We do not take wheels off to do an alignment.” I understand that removing the wheels may not be part of a standard alignment, but the tire in question had not been removed in 2–3 months, and I had never experienced any issues with the lug nuts before the alignment. Regardless of whether the wheel was removed during the alignment, having lug nuts that loose immediately after leaving a shop is a serious safety concern. Additionally, if the wheel had already been that loose before the alignment, it raises the question of whether the alignment I paid for could have been accurate. What disappointed me most was the lack of willingness to investigate the situation or make any attempt to resolve the issue. I would have been much more understanding if the shop had taken the concern seriously and tried to determine what happened. I’m leaving this review based on my experience and, most importantly, the way the situation was handled afterward. I would strongly recommend checking your lug nuts and wheels before driving away after having work done here.
