  I took my 2011 Jeep Wrangler in on a Saturday for an alignment. Immediately after leaving, I noticed a terrible shake while driving. Less than 5 miles down the road, I had to stop and inspect the vehicle. I found that one of the wheel studs had snapped, and the other lug nuts on that wheel were loose to the point that they were nearly falling off. I returned Monday to address the issue and was met with confrontation and repeated denial. I was repeatedly told, “We do not take wheels off to do an alignment.” I understand that removing the wheels may not be part of a standard alignment, but the tire in question had not been removed in 2–3 months, and I had never experienced any issues with the lug nuts before the alignment. Regardless of whether the wheel was removed during the alignment, having lug nuts that loose immediately after leaving a shop is a serious safety concern. Additionally, if the wheel had already been that loose before the alignment, it raises the question of whether the alignment I paid for could have been accurate. What disappointed me most was the lack of willingness to investigate the situation or make any attempt to resolve the issue. I would have been much more understanding if the shop had taken the concern seriously and tried to determine what happened. I’m leaving this review based on my experience and, most importantly, the way the situation was handled afterward. I would strongly recommend checking your lug nuts and wheels before driving away after having work done here.

  I called Belle Tire at 7:15 pm last evening asking if they could get my daughter in before they closed, because her tire was losing air due to a nail. I asked if they could patch her tire before they closed and they confirmed they could. She rushed up there and Robert helped her out and had her back on the road by 8:00 pm. I can't thank Robert and the Belle Tire team enough for the GREAT service and helping my daughter out at the end of their work day!!! Thank you!!!!

  I went in recently to price tires and an alignment for my daughter's 2016 dodge journey because it has a strange tire size on it that a lot of places don't commonly carry full time, and the sales man I delt with was everything except helpful and very rude. He told me it was going to be 2 grand for everything (4 new tires, balancing, alignment), when I asked for an itemized list to see why it would be so expensive, he refused and told me that it was going to be that much everywhere and I didn't need to see it. I left and went to discount tire and it only cost me about 700. They are over priced and some of their employees are quite rude. I don't blame the ones that do the actual work, I'm sure they're great at their jobs, and are just stuck working with an awful salesman and awful company. I'd suggest taking business elsewhere or make sure you get a different salesman.

  Most incompetent tire shop around do not use them i wouldn't recommend them for a a pedal bike, literally broke a lug nut off not the stud the lug nut then blamed me saying I over torqued them then charged me 150 dollars to fix their break and took 8 hours at this point to fix it and it's still not fixed . I will be pulling all our fleet trucks out of belle tire mt pleasant and anyone else I know will be recommending not coming here ever, I love how the owner says sorry sorry doesn't help the fact it's still on the rack your manager by the way is a liar crazy how 9 out of 10 came off just fine I just had them off Saturday when I did the brakes and screwed them on with just the socket to get started so they weren't cross threaded. I'll have time soon to stand on the sidewalk with a sign prolly around the fall when your busy season kicks in and yes I hate liars

  These guys are fantastic!! I was out of town with a flat, (not enough time to get there before close) changed it then called in. They said the next day was booked solid but they got me in!! Great service, great crew!!! Highly recommend!! Hey corporate, Give these guys a raise!! They deserve it!
