  I paid them 7,000 in cash and the transmission has been giving me problems since they first did it I told them something wasn't rt when I picked it up. Chuck told me yea u gotta drive it for 300 miles bring it bac so I did that and it was still stuttering ECT brought it bac 4months later and they had to fix it again and now they don't want to warrant the warranty Chuck is so rude and did not offer a solution just hung up on me and here I have to pay another 7500 for another transmission so total of14000 in 3yrs if I want it fixed or I could have bought another van for that price

  I called and they were kind enough to work my vehicle in. I'm really not worried how long they have it. I'd rather they take their time and do it correctly then rush it. Plus They really did me a favor. They were very friendly and courteous.

  Highly knowledgeable in their area. They will take and show you personally what is wrong and explain what needs to be done. Chuck and his staff are very polite and professional. I highly recommend Dort Transmission.

  This guy is a crook! He charged me $600 to pull my transmission! He didn't do anything other than pull it out. When I asked him why he was charging so much, he said it's for the inspection, I said you didn't inspect it. Then he refused to discuss it and told me if I wanted my truck back, it would cost $600. I offer to pay for the time that it took him to remove the transmission but he just repeated that if I wanted my truck back it would cost $600. He even wrote on my invoice that he didn't do any work. Terrible terrible customer service and scammers as well.
