  I was overly satisfied with the quality of care from the staff and the store as a whole. The staff really helped explain everything and even cut us a break because they knew we (me and my ex) were struggling financially. They even extended the hold time because we let them know that it would be about another week or so before we could pay it all. I will definitely be recommending this place to anyone who vents to me about their car issues.

  First rate experience with Maria and Antonio! They got me in and out with muffler work in under an hour and came in at about 60% of their original estimate. I'll definitely be back! Howie

  We caught a flat tire on a roadtrip from NH to Frankfort MI late on a Sunday and thought we were completely out of luck until we found Lauren and Dale at Tuffy. They fixed us up fast and got us back on the road in no time. They even let our dog hang out in the air conditioned lobby since the sun was really strong that afternoon. Five stars!!

  I can’t recommend Lauren and the team at Tuffy Tire & Auto enough! From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and respected. Lauren took the time to walk me through everything, even bringing me safely into the shop to show me exactly what was wrong with my car. She explained each issue step by step in a way that was easy to understand instead of making me feel overwhelmed. As a woman handling my car repairs on my own, I really appreciated how honest, patient, and transparent everyone was. The women in the front office were welcoming, and the technicians working on my car were professional, respectful, and happy to answer my questions. They broke down the repairs, explained the pricing, and never made me feel pressured. Lauren even helped save me around $100, which meant a lot to me financially. If you’re having car or tire issues and want a shop that’s honest and takes the time to explain everything, I highly recommend Tuffy. Ask for Lauren—she’ll take great care of you and make sure you understand exactly what’s going on with your vehicle. 10/10 experience!

  The customer service here is phenomenal, it was quick & easy everyone was so kind and did a great job of explaining things in a way I understood as someone who knows next to nothing about cars! I came in to get an alignment and instead of doing one and charging me anyways they let me know that I didn’t even need one! If you go anywhere for car repairs, go here!
