  The employees at the Mount Pleasant location are always on top with thier customer service! My truck was towed in for a belt replacement at 3pm. They found the cause of the belt slip and got to work changing my water pump, did an oil change and a few other things and got it all done before 6pm! They knew it was my only vehicle and wanted to make sure I could get to work the next day. I am very grateful to this team and will continue to be a loyal customer.

  Tuffy’s is the only shop I’ve been to since moving here, and it’s the only shop I’ll be going to. Everyone has always been super helpful and kind! They were able to get me in the same day for a problem with my car and they were awesome about it.

  I came into Tuffy in Mount Pleasant Michigan because I was price shopping oil changes. I met maria the manager and this was the fifth place I have been to already today. Maria not only earned my business, because the price was the best, but because she actually introduced herself, and I could tell she cared. The customers in her lobby and out front waiting All really liked her. Also I could tell. The technician who did my oil change his name was Sam and his demeanor and professionalism was a breath of fresh air. What are welcoming and friendly place. It seems like a family business. The oil change was done within 25 minutes and completed. Thank you to the Tuffy in Mount Pleasant. I highly recommend doing business here if you want a smooth experience, and to do business where people actually care. Thank you, Maria and Sam

  They were amazing! Took hold on my truck from tow company and got right to work on it. The manager (nicest lady in the store) answered all of my questions and fielded my calls any time during business hours. Highly recommend coming here!

  Took a used car my wife was interested in buying here for an inspection. The staff was friendly and thorough. Inspection took about 45min. Was given an inspection form afterwards. They didn't try to upsell me on anything and gave an honest report (I knew the vehicle was in excellent condition). Due to their honesty I will use them again in the future.
