  Joey in Michigan is the WORST employee I’ve ever dealt with in 42 years. After spending thousands upon thounsands over 5 months renting from you because of how he talked to me and treated me I Immediately returned the car and chose another company. I found out I had my cancer come back and he and Loretta were AWFUL to me. Not to mention I had to return the car the day my husband was transferred to the ICU after having collapsed the day before. Your company didn’t care AT ALL. I will tell everyone forever how horrible my experience was. How you ripped me off and charged my credit card after the fact. How soulless cruel and evil your employees can be. Your company caused me so much stress heartache and tears. AND they never returned my 600 dollar deposits from 2 different vehicles which I need for my 3 children since both of their parents are in severe medical situations. Does enterprise care about you? NOPE!

  I used Enterprise twice the past 2 weeks and I don't believe there will be a third time. Both times they were extremely busy. Manager says that's like that every weekend, my immediate thought was why don't you hire another employee ! They have no time because they're by themselves. You can sense the frustration from the customers in line and the employees helping. They didn't even have time to show me any of the features on the car most of it's pretty self-explanatory but it would have been nice to get the once over. I still haven't gotten my refund from my previous rental. The first rental was completely different from the next. Different employees. I had a reservation, for the first one when I showed up it wasn't there so she gave me 20% off and allowed me to drop the keys off in the lock box after hours so I wouldn't get charged another day because I didn't need the vehicle but the next employee wouldn't hear of that ! I couldn't find my receipt from the previous visit so I can show her what I was talking about. She didn't even give me a receipt pointed to the vehicle and was on to the next customer in line !

  The staff at the Mt Pleasant location are wonderful to work with. The have been kind, helpful, and professional every time I’ve rented there. This time they went above and beyond by helping me adjust the vehicle I reserved for something that would be more comfortable for my mother who’s in her 80’s to ride in. I was so appreciative of their consideration to ensure we had an enjoyable trip. 5stars for this top notch crew!

  Olivia Armagno was amazing. She went above and beyond with helping me throughout my trip. She made sure to get me in a great car (2026 Camry) and made rental adjustments as needed. It was sort of an emergency trip, and they worked closely with me to accommodate the fluidity of my situation. She communicated with managers too (Josh was one) so that everyone was on the same page. Honestly never worked with a team that was so accommodating and helpful. Will 100% rent from them whenever possible.

  I've used this location several times for work-related trips, but my latest visit included exceptional service! I received a phone call the day before (reminding me of my reservation), during the trip to make sure everything was going smoothly, and after I returned the car afterhours to confirm I was all set. These calls were made by real employees, which speaks of the level of care this location has for its customers and its reputation. Such human-human connection is becoming increasingly rare in the service industry. I was also checked out remarkably fast when I showed up to pick up the vehicle. Great job to whoever is managing this location!
