- RCRobert CampbellAug 7, 20265.0Prompt and competent service. I just bought a new vehicle and had a tune up and complete change of all important fluids. I also had a check engine light issue. Ragnarok had everything completed and done within budget and a day earlier than expected. I drove the vehicle and it drove well and my check engine light remained off. Everything was professionally serviced. I will be taking my vehicle here for now on. I also like that it's on a public bus route so I have a cheap, affordable way to get home while the vehicle is being worked on. I was also able to look at another customer's vehicle that had just been done with the Line-X on the body. The work performed was impeccible. I plan to have similar work done to my vehicle soon. Very good attention to detail here.

- CLChris LottJul 10, 20261.0I scheduled an appointment 2 weeks ago to get a spray in bed liner and tint. They informed any day the week of 7/13 was open. Monday 7/13 was the date I scheduled, with over 2 weeks of notice. Get a call from them the Friday before, 7/10, notifying me with an onslaught of excuses they could not get me in until ‘sometime’ at the end of the week. Which did not work for my schedule. Scheduling is not their strong suit.
