- PWPreston WoodsJun 25, 20265.0I have never once had an issue with this place... the staffing are all kind and respectfull to everyone... if you have a question about the Pilot Rewards App, they usually can answer it to the best of their abilities. The showers are very nice. (It does cost $18 for one shower) the staffing on the night shift on the Taco Bell side already has my name memorized. I am very much satisfied with the service I have received from them. Also the Taco Bell at this specific location IS indeed open 24 hrs.

They came and asked me for money to park my truck, even though there is no sign saying that parking requires payment. I do not even know if this is legal or not. I will not come to this Pilot again, and I will cancel my Relay diesel subscription with Pilot permanently because of their very unprofessional and rude behavior. I will switch my subscription to Love’s instead.
