  Pulled in on 9/4/26 @0100 praying there would be a spot, paid or not. To my dismay there was 1 paid spot! Opened app and it said 14 were available... However, it wouldn't let me book a spot. I parked and went inside to reserve said spot. Cashier said I had to book it on the app. And I explained I tried and it wouldn't let me. He said he couldn't do it and he was about to go out and start knocking on doors of people the didnt pay. I was trying to pay! I asked, so your going to kick me out because I didnt pay when im standing here trying to pay? He told me to go look at the lot outside and see its full. I still had a little time on my clock so I just left without giving them any buiness and headed to a better truck stop. Berkshire-Hathaway destroyed this chain. This particular employee fits right in.

  Instead of trying to be nice and tell me there is a third option bathroom at this location your employee followed me out to my car and tried to harass me by assuming my gender and ignoring what I was saying and rudely said it was for another customers safety which I didn't even see any other customers and all I do is use the bathroom real fast and leave always so you guys should just call the cops and tell them you are homophobic and think you can tell people what they have in their pants and were yelling at me as I was trying to leave right in front of my partner who was asleep since we travel at night sometimes. I would have been more than happy if your employees politely said excuse me did you know we have a third gender less bathroom option if you don't mind using that so everyone would be more comfortable since we can't tell what you are I would have loved to keep coming back but I guess you want to be homophobic and scare away paying customers I even bought the big nausea med container once In this free state of America that is blue I am allowed to use the bathroom closet to what I identify and since I am non-binary I am allowed to respectfully use the bathroom whereever I would like to without being harassed so next time don't chase me out of the store and just come up to my window like you own America because you don't even know the bathroom laws in America Buck-O's I will be back to your location unless you call the police and tresspass me so think of how to respectfully tell me about the third bathroom option next time I visited on Aug 21st at 1:50 AM if corporate would like to watch your employee chase me outside to disrespect me

  Knock on my window in the middle of the night telling me I had to drive illegally and leave. They said I was in a paid parking spot. The guy's name was Jason. Here is a pic of my spot. You tell me if it says Prime Parking.
